After introducing 2 themes in this series here is the final one in the row , called "Flat Desire".
As the name suggests the theme is Flat , the current trend in design , minimal , clean and modernistic that makes your forum dressed with pure elegance.

It"s quite a shame that due to the threat of rippers, themes are no longer showcased with demos and rather must rely on screenshots.
Good luck with sales, I think that this is a good looking theme.

Yeah the rippers were a nuisance , you know what every theme i made is on those rippers sites.

Yeah rippers were serious problem i am facing , i lost many sales due to them. I will plan a demo soon , once i finish off my current personal work.

Are those font awesome icons on userCP? I use the same on mine. Anyway"s Rippers will find a way bro once they find a site which uses your theme. For 20$ I say its damn cheap for a amazing theme. I think people should pay when the price is low. There is no need to rip. And of late as I have started making my own themse, I did realize with a little bit of HTML/CSS knowledge ripping if a demo is available is quite easy.
Dont PM me on ripping guides, I wont support piracy. Pay for such a beautiful theme and appreciate the designers time and efforts.

Доброе утро! При использовании KERAKAM 30ST во многих случаях строители обходились без доборных элементов и просто распиливали камни пополам, в связи с этим было принято решение отказаться от доборных камней в KAIMAN 30 и перевязка будет осуществляться путем использования половинки камня, полученной в результате распиловки.

Добрый день. Это называется "посечка", они допустимы ГОСТом 530-2012. На прочностные характеристики камня и кладки они ни коим образом не влияют.

Добрый день!
1. Согласно ГОСТ 530-2012 пункт 5.1.6 допускается бой в размере не более 5%;
2. Основное различие это выход готового раствора из сухой смеси.
3. Подходит любой вид наружной отделки по желанию заказчика. Главное правильно технически реализовать и учитывать нюансы различных материалов. В случае облицовки клинкерным кирпичом обязательны продухи.
4. Обязательное наружное оштукатуривание "теплым" раствором не требуется. Только вертикальные швы необходимо затереть раствором для исключения продувания.
5. Информации по зимним скидкам нет, но будет бесплатное зимнее хранение продукции на площадках завода.

The error states it all for you Check your hats save hasn"t corrupted, worst case roll the file to a backup or just delete it. I"ve noticed this can happen if you stop the server before it fully boots up sometimes or closes before saving fully such as during a crash.
