Providing the opportunity to participate in International and All-Russian competitions for children who, due to life circumstances, do not have the opportunity to take part in full-time competitions. Participants of the competitions are: Everyone can participate in All-Russian and International distance competitions for schoolchildren and teachers: preschoolers, schoolchildren, school groups, students, members of creative associations, circles, studios, libraries, museums, children's creativity centers, art, music schools and art schools and other children's organizations of the Russian Federation and foreign countries aged from 2 to 20 years, as well as teachers of educational institutions of the Russian Federation of all types and types, educators and specialists of preschool educational institutions of various types, additional education teachers, speech therapists, educational psychologists, system teachers

2 secondary vocational education, teachers of colleges, schools, universities, specialists, health workers of social rehabilitation centers. Competition entries can be completed individually or by a creative team. Payment of the registration fee: Competitions are organized free of charge. Participants pay an organizational fee, which includes the costs of production and delivery of award documents, technical support and website maintenance. The registration fee is paid for the number of diplomas. The following people take part in competitions on a preferential basis:

The size of the organizational fee for children-Lgoniki is set at 50 rubles - participation in both All-Russian and International competitions. The status of children of this category is confirmed by a document that has legal force. The benefit does not apply to participation in competitions with accelerated deadlines for summing up results and to participation in quizzes. Diplomas are issued only in electronic form. 4 Procedure for participation: The procedure for participation is established by the Rules for participation in competitions, published on the website in the section “Rules of Participation” Awards: The Organizing Committee determines the winners of the competition (in each nomination), those who took 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places, laureates, and diploma holders of the competition. The results of the competitions are summed up for the following age categories of preschoolers and schoolchildren: up to 3 years; 4-5 years; 6-7 years old, 8-9 years old; years; years; years, years, years and more. The winners are awarded Diplomas of the Winner (I, II, III places) of the All-Russian or International distance competition. Curators (supervisors) can receive the diploma of “Competition Work Supervisor” for their leadership in performing the work. A diploma “For highly professional training of winning participants” is awarded to teachers who trained 3 winners (any prizes 1st, 2nd, 3rd place) without paying an registration fee. A diploma “For the best teaching work” may be awarded by decision of the Organizing Committee. The diploma "Best Organizer of Children's Creativity" is received without paying an organizational fee by curators who have organized participation in competitions (in any nominations) for more than 10 participants. The diploma “Best Organizer of Teachers’ Creativity” is awarded to an educational institution employee who organizes the active participation of colleagues in site competitions without paying an registration fee. The diploma “Best Creative Team” without paying an organizational fee is received by employees (team) of the educational institution who took an active part in the site’s competitions. Diplomas are sent in PDF format. Deadlines for summing up the results, generating and distributing diplomas: The results of competitions with specific deadlines are summed up within five working days from the end of the acceptance of works and are published in the “Results of Competitions” section. Distribution of award documents is carried out by E-mail specified in the application form, in within 2-3 working days from the moment the results are summed up and published on the website. Contents of diplomas: - competition format (International or All-Russian); - link; - last name, first name of the participant(s); - age of the participant; - name of the team; - group, participant class; - abbreviated name of the educational institution, region, region, locality;

5 - last name, first name, patronymic of the manager (if any); - result of participation in the competition: winner (1st, 2nd, 3rd place), laureate, diploma holder; - name of the nomination; - job title; - information about the media; - date of the competition (year); - signature of the Chairman of the organizing committee; - printing of the competition website. Requirements for competition entries: There are no thematic restrictions in competitions. The competition material must be original, i.e. developed directly by the competition participant. You can submit any materials to the competition: projects, methodological developments, research papers, scripts, master classes, presentations, school newspapers, posters, essays, stories, essays, poems, photographs, video materials, drawings, crafts, songs, dances and etc. Electronic files (text, photos, videos, audio materials, etc.) are accepted for the competition in any format. 2. The age of participants is not limited, teaching experience is not taken into account.

3. Participation can be individual or joint. The number of authors of joint development is no more than three.

Subject and content of the Competition

1. The subject of the Competition is the development of training sessions on a specific topic for any category of students. Lesson developments may be new materials or have already been tested.

2. The competition is held in absentia. The subject of materials is not limited, however, materials must be educational in nature and not contradict generally accepted scientific facts, ethical standards and legislation of the Russian Federation.

3. Competition designs must be original, i.e. developed directly by the Competition participant.

Criteria for evaluating Competition materials

1. The quality of the description of the development of the training session.

2. Clear statement of goals and objectives of educational work.

3. Orientation of the development of educational lessons towards achieving new educational results: the formation of students’ research competencies, the ability to independently work with information; quality of planning for effective classroom management; implementation of interdisciplinary connections.

4. The degree of implementation of the principles of modern education.

Requirements for competition materials

1. Materials for the Competition are accepted in electronic form in Russian.

2. The development must contain: title, full name of the author, position, name of the educational institution, location of the educational institution.

3. The material is prepared in MS WORD format, the file name is Last Name and Full Name of the author of the work (for example, PetrovNN); Support files necessary for submitting a competitive design may also be attached.

4. For sending by e-mail, it is advisable to archive the competition material. The maximum size of the archive with the competition work is 100 MB.
