Previously happened state of emergency with graduates of the Academy of the FSB. Academy of the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation. Why did the Chekists roll the turnout

In chapter

On June 21, a convoy of black impressive SUVs drove through Moscow. Mercedes-Benz Gelandewagen is one of the most expensive production SUVs; a machine developed at one time by order of Shah Mohammed Reza Pahlavi for the Iranian army. However, a less brilliant parallel also comes to mind: a group of friends, headed by the son of a top manager of Lukoil, flew around Moscow on the same “Gelika”.

The association is not accidental: the graduates of the Academy of the FSB (the former Higher School of the KGB), who arranged the race, behaved exactly like golden - in quotation marks - youth. That was also emphasized by the numbers of the rented cars. The EKH series - among the people, this abbreviation stands for "... whom we want." The cost of one such foreign car is 1.5 thousand rubles per person per hour.

“Of course, the discussion of wheelchairs on gelendvagens is good. But the main question is what to do? How to train specialists in the field of special services?

And nothing new is needed. Everything was before us. If the KGB higher school accepted young people, it was only after the army, when a person realized what an army strap was. It's no secret that parents hide their children in the academy from the army. But now, what is there to hide from her? And the army is different, and serve a year!

This did not apply to mathematicians, whose brains are needed fresh to study at the Faculty of Cryptography. These were bright heads, the level of which neither Moscow State University nor Moscow State Technical University, nor other prestigious universities dreamed of. This is real color!

Enrollment in the KGB staff was carried out by direct enrollment after a civilian university with a basic education. And during his studies there, and during his work, they looked at him, studied and made an offer. They took not those who want, but those who NEED! We need a physicist - they took a physicist, a chemist, a linguist ... How can a major after the academy, who did not take the metro, ensure the safety of transport? Or a nuclear power plant, if he does not understand the difference between uranium 235 and uranium 238?

A graduate of the Higher School of the KGB of the USSR, who received gratitude from Yuri Andropov for ensuring security during the 1980 Olympics in Moscow Alexander Travnikov, shared his memories of how it was before:

. In connection with the exposure of the American spy (Piguzov), who worked on the Indonesian line, everyone who was somehow connected with this direction in the KGB of the USSR lost their prospects for working in the bodies forever. (And now?).

A student of the VKSh of the KGB of the USSR was expelled and expelled from the KGB of the USSR for having traveled part of the route on a 20 km cross-country skiing trolley bus. Then he finished in the middle.

A student of the Higher Command of the KGB of the USSR was expelled in 24 hours and expelled from the KGB for the fact that at the time of the check he was without a personal certificate, which he forgot to take with him.

Several people were expelled from the KGB VKSH and expelled from the KGB for losing their identity. Certificates found. But the people did not return.

A student of the VKSh of the KGB of the USSR was expelled and expelled from the KGB of the USSR for having exchanged 10 German marks for rubles, which he found at the Olympics in Moscow.

Several people were expelled and expelled from the KGB for divorce, and two for marrying the wrong people.

Of the total number of applicants, only half graduated after five years.

“I think that not without excesses,” Travnikov sums up. - But still. If you dig, then ... ”According to a veteran of state security, the responsibility for the incident lies mainly with the leadership of the Academy.

The questions voiced and hovering in the air are addressed to graduates, to the teaching staff, and to the state itself. Since the lack of a well-thought-out policy for the education of young personnel leads to sad (and shameful) results.

Recruits

The scandal, by the way, did not go unnoticed abroad: for example, the Daily Mail devoted an entire editorial to the “recruits”. The British journalists, who called the parade of graduates of the FSB Academy a "demonstration of strength", also did not find understanding in the behavior of the "Russian agents 007". "A Cavalcade of Newly Qualified 007 Agents ... Stunned Cold War Specialists", accustomed to always remain in the shadows, ”wrote the British media.

authorized to declare

On July 14, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation officially announced that, following the results of an internal audit of the graduates guilty of the arrival “fundamental personal decisions were made to change the conditions for their service”. Teachers will also be punished: several members of the leadership of the Academy will retire, others will be demoted. Someone will receive a reprimand with entry in a personal file. In a word, strict disciplinary measures were applied to the leadership of the university.

Information about exactly where the graduates will be distributed varies: the guilty can really go beyond the Urals, or they can settle in the offices of Moscow and the Moscow region. Some critical minds generally suggest that there is some cunning plan on the part of the graduates themselves - who allegedly violated discipline on purpose in order to get a free diploma and get good jobs in commercial structures. Where graduates of the Academy, of course, will be happy.

Why not just kick them out? The calculation is the most practical: enough effort, time, state money, and, most importantly, special knowledge, have been invested in these young people. So the "hussars" will remain in the ranks of the Federal Security Service - one must think that under the control of the personnel inspection and the own security units at the place of service.

But to check exactly where the graduates of 2016 will find their first job, the ordinary Russian does not have the slightest opportunity. So, it remains to believe in the word.

The Academy of the FSB of Russia is a military higher educational institution that trains officers of the Federal Security Service and other Russian special services and special services of friendly states. The head of the Academy is Colonel-General Viktor Ostroukhov.

There are quite a few stories on the Internet about how graduates of the military and other universities celebrate their graduation. Even under the tsar, former cadets and listeners celebrated this day by scattering change and banknotes from under the shoulder straps. Tom had a sign: the cooler you mark, the more you give out "running" money, the "louder" your service will be.

Every treasury institution has its own eccentricities. At the Military University of the Ministry of Defense, for example, military translators annually polish the shoes of the monument to the Nameless Soldier with wax, and in St. Petersburg, yesterday's cadets polish the causal places to the stallion of the Bronze Horseman. Graduates celebrate the end of their studies by riding boats, carriages, whatever comes into their heads.

They also rent wedding cars. For example, in Moscow, a Hammer limousine for 26 people will cost 4,000 rubles a day.

But the video that got on YouTube excited everyone: a cortege of 30 black Gelenvagens is driving through the center of Moscow. So - with pomp and chic - cadets of the Academy of the FSB, 22-year-old lieutenants, celebrated their graduation a few days ago.

Correspondents of "Komsomolskaya Pravda" studied the numbers of "Geliks" caught on the video. It turned out that many of these cars are actively rented out. For weddings, graduations and trips to business meetings for those who want to throw dust in the eyes of the right people. Some foreign cars appear in the Gwagen fleet. An hour of car rental (rented only with a driver) costs 2000 rubles here. But the minimum order is from 8000, this is for an hour of delivery and 3 hours of rent. On the photos from the pages of the company - the same cars, on which the cadets of the FSB Academy were dissected around Moscow.

They could also order limousines, as many graduates do. Gelendvagens are a little more expensive, but more agile on city streets, - Yury, a representative of the Gwagen company, told Komsomolskaya Pravda. - Two cars in this race of graduates of the FSB Academy were indeed ours, the rest were ordered from other similar agencies. We were often called from there - they were interested in whether our Gelendvagens were free. Cars began to be collected in the winter by a certain young man - an intermediary who called himself the organizer of this graduation. Perhaps at that time there were no identical Hummer limousines, and then he decided to collect the same Heliks. All foreign cars in our fleet are private, we only agree on hiring with a driver.

I understand they had money problems. They were not ready to pay immediately. They said we'll collect the money for now. They also had a banquet ... So they collected cars wherever they could. Including through the forums of the owners of Gelendvagens. There's a hodgepodge of such a team turned out, but basically these are ordinary rental cars. I looked at the video: the cars that got on the record stood without armor in our base. Most likely, they found the right amount for renting SUVs just a few weeks before their graduation.

At the prices of your company, such a trip on 30 Gelikas would cost at least 240 thousand rubles. What do you think the budget was in the end?

Recently, many people have been renting out luxury cars. Among the people with whom we cooperate, there are those who earn only this. Their cars are manufactured in the 2000s, but in excellent condition, like new. They cost, of course, not 8 million rubles, but a million and a half at the most. According to the ads on avito, such car owners can be negotiated for a thousand rubles per hour, if there are no other orders.

A picture with thanks to the "Gwagen team".

On the Internet, we found a letter of thanks to your company from the International Associations of Veterans of the Anti-Terror Units "Alfa" and "Vympel" for their help in holding an event dedicated to the memory of employees of the Special Forces Center of the FSB of Russia who died during the liberation of the Beslan school. What is the honor of your company?

Indeed, a year ago we were approached by veterans of the FSB of Russia with a request to allocate 20 vehicles. We turned to various agencies that phoned the owners of the cars. The drivers of 15 Gelendvagens agreed to take part in the solemn event free of charge.

It turns out that FSB veterans can hold events on Gelendvagens. Then why is it impossible for young officers?!

Why the hype arose around the young FSB officers, Yuri frankly does not understand.

I know first hand: there were no traffic violations. Even patrolmen drove up to the cortege. We checked the documents. No complaints. They drove in a column only along one large street, and then divided into small groups of 4-5 cars. After all, this is not the situation when the majors in cool cars drive around Moscow, running away from the police. (We wrote a lot about the scandal with the son of Lukoil Vice President Ruslan Shamsuarov in the newspaper and on the website kp.ru - Auth.). The guys just wanted to make their graduation memorable ...

We ended up in the wrong place, at the wrong time, and flashed a fresh identity card in front of a traffic cop, - one of the graduates told us. Apparently, he is not ready to repent. - If they had not been lit up, none of the veterans would have condemned us ...

OFFICIALLY

"In connection with the publication in the media of materials of critical content about the organization of the celebration of the graduation of 2016 by students of the Academy of the FSB of Russia, the Federal Security Service of the Russian Federation is conducting a corresponding internal check," Komsomolskaya Pravda was told at the Center for Public Relations of the FSB of Russia.

QUESTION - RIB

Does such an escort attract a fine?

Motor rallies have recently been really equated with demonstrations and rallies. Therefore, in order to hold them, you need to submit an application to the local authorities 10-15 days before the action, indicating in it who the organizer is, where and when the run will take place, how many cars there will be, how security measures will be provided, etc.

For violation of the law on rallies, a fine shines - from 10 thousand to 300 thousand rubles. But a demonstration is “an organized public expression of public sentiments by a group of citizens using posters, banners and other means of visual agitation during the movement,” the law says. There were no banners and posters - this is not a demonstration. And in the case of this "motor race" there were no posters, you can see everything from the video.

Even the signs on the cars are ordinary (by the way, not the state series of authorities or law enforcement agencies). So there is no violation here, just as there is no violation during the passage of a wedding procession or a retro run in vintage cars. Claims may arise from traffic cops if the drivers of some of the cars violated the rules of the road and this is fixed. For example, someone filmed it on a DVR and sent it to the traffic police with testimonies. Judging by the video, they drove very carefully, violations are not evident. And the synchronization of movement is a matter of skill, coordination (and in the video you can see that the driver has an ordinary radio station in his hands) and the number of takes of shooting. Any car TV show is filmed in the same way, for this you do not need to be a trained driver of the FSO or the Ministry of Internal Affairs. And no one forbids opening car windows and waving their arms.

Why did the Chekists roll the turnout

Alexander LUKYANOV

And the sediment from this whole story I personally left a strange one. Some people say that graduates of the FSB Academy wanted to stand out by driving expensive SUVs. Show how cool and put with the device in our opinion. This is supposedly a passion for the attributes of a rich life and it is not appropriate for future fighters against corruption to strive for this.

Others smile indulgently. Like what are you voting for? Those are the boys. They celebrated graduation. Not their own cars. They didn't steal from them, don't worry. Just naughty hussars.

And here's my question.

Could it really be that the graduates of the FSB Academy, the future elite of law enforcement agencies, could not calculate what their prank would lead to.

For example, I clearly know that if I start throwing stones at shop windows in the evening on my way home from work, then with a 99% probability I will spend the night in the police.

After all, they were supposed to be taught by the most experienced professors of psychology and analytics. These FSB lieutenants should be able to prepare analytical reports and forecasts about the mood in society. And accurately imagine what certain actions can lead to.

And many of these graduates probably have senior comrades and even relatives in the bodies. They could not help but know exactly how their offspring are preparing to celebrate graduation.

I'm not surprised by this public reaction. But I don’t see anything inadequate in the passage of the cortege without traffic violations, - the young man says. - If you rode white Volga, then people would praise you.

That is, all the same, they foresaw and expected. And if they expected, then why did they put on a show, the consequences of which have yet to be disentangled?

“They will have to undergo re-education in permafrost conditions on Franz Josef land”

Service in the "non-prestigious" subjects of the Russian Federation will most likely be held by graduates of the Academy of the FSB, who were brought to disciplinary responsibility after. Major General of the FSB in the reserve, Alexander Mikhailov, told MK about the prospects for the professional growth of these young specialists and assessed the severity of the punishment for their teachers.

Recall that today, July 14, the FSB reported on the inspection of the incident and told what punishment awaits the graduates and the leadership of the Academy. Thus, graduates of the educational institution will be brought to disciplinary responsibility, and a number of Academy leaders will be demoted. Others will simply be fired.

Alexander Georgievich, the official report of the FSB says that the graduates violated the special requirements of the service. What are these obligations?

I remember how they taught me - "we should not be seen, but security must be provided." This is the main task. But, apparently, these young people were taught something else. It seems that the graduates of the Academy, who found themselves in the public domain, did not quite understand what they had graduated from. In addition, there is a code of honor for a Russian officer. Although it dates back to the 19th century, it has not lost its relevance today. And when one of the graduates declares after the scandal that cars of this class were rented for ... sponsorship money, this is generally nonsense. That is, it turns out that people who have not yet begun to work have already accepted someone's help in advance ...

The young shoot, which decided to show who is the boss in the house, dealt a serious blow to the reputation of the department with their act.

Alexander Mikhailov

- Do you think that the leadership of the academy was punished fairly?

Yes, the FSB is absolutely correct. Because the question immediately arises, who are the teachers of these sheep, who for five years have not understood that they are a closed caste, which should be distinguished by exemplary behavior, does not have the right to give even the slightest reason to the enemy. And this situation has shown that educational work is not up to the mark, unfortunately. Therefore, as they say, everyone should carry their suitcase.

- They also say that after this situation, the conditions of service will be changed. What does it mean?

Each graduate receives a distribution. Surely, many hoped for distribution in the prestigious subjects of the Russian Federation - in Moscow, St. Petersburg. After this situation, it is possible that all of them will have to undergo re-education in permafrost conditions on the land of Franz Josef and identify spies in the form of polar bears from Peru. Satiety and the desire to show off must be corrected by long-term therapy. I am not in favor of sending them to the same North Caucasus, where they can do more harm than good. But it is possible to give them the opportunity to dissect on Gelendvagens along the Tundra.

- How long can this therapy last?

It already depends on what kind of brains someone has. In a good way, these young people who are loyal to sponsorship need to be placed in an environment where people really work without raising their heads, solve problems and run around in soap because of the dynamics of operational life. I still remember the operatives who came to duty stations with their own boilers and did not take bread from other people's hands, so as not to be indebted to someone. What kind of sponsorship is there ... Now these young people need just such an example.

- Not harsh?

Definitely not. A very tough and understandable reaction followed from the leadership of the FSB. They reacted correctly. The society also responded very correctly and in a timely manner to this “bell”. More about severity. You know, I remember how one head of the Moscow service department once saw an officer in jeans, which were rare then. He stopped him and said: “Comrade lieutenant, you won’t surprise anyone in Moscow with your jeans. But surprise at the new duty station.

Introduction. The information has already been widely circulated. I have rhetorical questions:

Is it instead of the honor of an officer in government institutions and academies that they instill that their graduates are the masters of life? And if they come there morally flawed, then why are these negative traits of character for future service not corrected during the years of study? And what will they do when they occupy at least some small post?

I sincerely hope that in fact of this state of emergency, all participants are provided with a penalty with entry in a personal file. And for good, it is necessary to send them to distant places of our vast Motherland for 3 years, so that they would come to their senses from a beautiful life.

Vanity Parade

Lieutenants in luxury SUVs behaved defiantly and arranged "checkers" on the road [video]

A curious video appeared on the Internet: 30 Gelendvagens (these are luxury SUVs, a new one costs from 7 million rubles) drive along Moscow highways in an even formation, play checkers, line up beautifully, as in advertising, start off abruptly. The tightly tinted windows of the car are lowered, strong young people, short-haired, in white shirts, are visible in the salons.

Gelendvagen cortege in Moscow

What was it, and most importantly - why? And yes, where do 22-year-old lieutenants get the money for such cars? Rich parents? But what are their sons doing in the FSB? They usually study abroad, if in Russia, then mainly at MGIMO. And here - future fighters against internal enemies of the state, including corrupt officials, in cars worth the cost of a good apartment in Moscow. Or is it that from their youth they are accustomed to expensive things so that they are incorruptible in the service?

The reaction of the Internet community is approximately the same: this is a clear overkill. So impudently demonstrating your wealth to young security officials is incorrect. This is at least. And as a maximum, the public demands to punish those who organized this VIP parade on Gelendvagens.

It was not intelligence officers and counterintelligence officers who went, but merchants of the first guild, ”said FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov in an interview with KP. - So pompous, arrogant. If they start their careers like this, then there will be little sense from them. All participants in the journey should come to the unit already with a penalty, the organizer should be fired, the course leaders at the Academy who allowed this to happen should be punished.

Photos of graduates have already appeared on the network.

This, I believe, is also a malfeasance. My point of view: the person who posted these photos - it is necessary to initiate a criminal case against him, of course, expel him! For four years they were taught conspiracy, corporate ethics, that secrets should not be divulged. A betrayal was committed against those guys who were in these pictures. Many of my colleagues on Facebook are not just outraged, they exploded over this fact. The leadership of the FSB academy has always suppressed such things very harshly, but in this situation they are just loose boys.

Will those who arranged a rally on Gelendvagens continue to serve?

They are already distributed. We do not have a collective farm, where everyone goes where they want. At the stage of defending diplomas, they are distributed among departments.

The arrival of graduates of the Academy of the FSB on Gelandewagen turned into a clip

PS Good advertisement for Gelik

Official reaction:

The council at the Ministry of Internal Affairs stood up for the participants in the run on 30 gelendvagens

Graduates of the FSB Academy, who drove 30 gelendvagens through the center of Moscow, should not be punished, but an educational conversation should be held with them, Anton Tsvetkov, chairman of the Security Commission of the Civic Chamber of the Russian Federation, deputy chairman of the Public Council at the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Moscow, told Life.

I do not think that it is necessary to punish the leadership of the academy. Just draw organizational conclusions and be more attentive to graduation celebrations for young officers. I don’t think that now it is necessary to spoil the life of graduates and punish them, but it is necessary to have a certain conversation,” he said.

Alexey Demin today at 15:52

The police will check the mass arrival of graduates of the FSB Academy on Gelandewagen

The police will check the mass departure of graduates of the FSB Academy on Mercedes Gelandewagen for violations of traffic rules. Interfax was informed about this by the press service of the Moscow State traffic inspectorate.

“We are studying these materials, an inspection is being carried out,” the source said. Today 21:17

Graduates of the FSB Academy - future FSB officers arranged a ride on 28 Gelendvagens in Moscow. Videos and photos appeared on the Web showing how graduates of the FSB Academy ride 28 Gelendvagens in Moscow.

Young people posted a collective photo on the Internet, on which all the names of graduates are written.

The reaction of the FSB administration is slow. The current leaders pretend that they do not understand the seriousness of the act of their present and future subordinates.

But retired FSB Major General Alexander Mikhailov in an interview with ren.tv accused the future security forces of treason. He stated a well-known fact: FSB officers should not upload photos and videos in which their faces are visible in the public domain.

  • PR video with music http://www.kp.ru/daily/26550.7/3566520/

“This is treason to the Motherland! A betrayal of the interests of the service in full. No one knows where these boys will serve. How can photos, in fact, already FSB officers, be posted on the Web ?! ”, - Mikhailov explained.

The public compares the graduates of the FSB Academy with a company of "majors" headed by the son of LUKOIL Vice President Ruslan Shamsuarov. How can you expect officers to protect the state and the law if they are already behaving like criminals?

The graduates of the FSB Academy violated the rules of the road and filmed their ride on video. And we must clearly understand that this video has already settled in the archives of all the special services of the world - since this is an excellent compromising evidence for future recruitment: there is a surname and what has been caught.

Graduates leaned out of the windows of cars, waving their arms, thereby creating emergency situations on the road. It is not known whether they were sober at that moment and whether they were under the influence of drugs - their act looks very strange and extremely inadequate.

"Ugliness! Graduates drove Gelandewagen in Moscow in violation of the rules. Half should not reach the unit, should be fired, the other half should come to the unit with a reprimand,- said Major General of the FSB Alexander Mikhailov.

In our opinion, the situation is very simple. Graduates of the FSB Academy understand that the law does not apply in Russia - after all, nothing happened to that very “major” from LUKOIL. And this means that it is possible for the FSB officers to openly demonstrate their illegality, to publicly shit on the Law.

Having revealed their faces and surnames, having got into the computers of the traffic police and on video, having entered all the archives of all special services, they have achieved the main thing, now they cannot be sent on secret missions and to hot spots. That is, these employees are already useless for the FSB.

For them, there is only one way out - to leave the brawlers on paperwork. Which is what they apparently wanted.

In my opinion, all graduates involved in the incident should be fired under the most unfavorable article, or, more correctly, brought under the article “treason against the motherland” - in order to restore respect for the norms of the law, in order to prevent the failure of future operations on the already held exposure, in order to avoid damage to Russia as a result of such a verboquie and in order not to warm these "officers" of a completely non-officer mentality in commanding chairs.

And the last question: where did these FSB officers get the cars? There is a rental version. Well, well, idiots don’t believe in such things ... Normal people can break through the numbers ...
