The lobby is a two-story building. Its area is 940 square meters, and the height is 7.1 meters.

He was present at the northern vestibule of the Kutuzovskaya station. According to the Mayor of Moscow, over the 10 months of its operation, the MCC has carried 78 million passengers and has firmly entered the life of Muscovites. “The cross-connection between districts and districts of Moscow has seriously improved, the Koltsevaya metro line and, in general, the central part of the radial directions of both the metro and suburban railways have unloaded,” Sergei Sobyanin noted.

Work on the efficiency of the MCC continues - the intervals in the movement of trains are decreasing, the level of passenger comfort is increasing. “Today, three major projects are being implemented. The first is the integration of five metro stations, four of them under construction, one operating, and eight lines of suburban railways - we are talking about the transfer of existing platforms and the construction of new stopping points. In addition, landscaping is underway within a walking distance from MCC stations. This project will be completed this year and will provide improved pedestrian accessibility and urban passenger transport access,” said the Mayor of Moscow.

The existing MCC stations are also being improved. “One such example is the northern vestibule of the Kutuzovskaya MCC station. Here, through this transport hub, about 18,000 passengers pass a day, and the opening of an additional exit will, of course, improve the comfort of passengers who use this transport hub,” said Sergei Sobyanin.

This station is located on Kutuzovsky Prospekt in the Dorogomilovo district. It is an interchange station with the same name station of the Filevskaya metro line and 11 ground routes. public transport. The average daily passenger flow here reaches 18 thousand people.

About 70 thousand people live within a radius of two kilometers from the TPU in the Dorogomilovo area. Nearby are the museum-panorama "Battle of Borodino", the theater "Workshop P.N. Fomenko, Pioneer cinema, office and business facilities, Taras Shevchenko embankment, Bagration pedestrian bridge.

The station has two vestibules - south and north. They are located on the even and odd sides of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The area of the southern lobby is 1.3 thousand square meters. It was opened on September 10 last year - simultaneously with the launch of passenger traffic along the MCC.

The northern vestibule (like the southern one) is a two-story building. Its area is 940 square meters, height is 7.1 meters.

You can go down to the MCC platform from it by a two-meter wide staircase. There is an escalator one meter wide for the ascent. An elevator has been installed for people with limited mobility.

In the northern lobby, two turnstile lines also appeared, which consist of 12 passages. Two of them are for people with limited mobility and passengers with wheelchairs and luggage. The cash block consists of three cash desks, one of them is also for people with limited mobility. There are also bathrooms, a security room, a number of utility and technical rooms.

Granite and travertine were used for interior wall decoration. The floor covering, flights of stairs and landings were made of unpolished (heat-treated) granite slabs. They are the safest for passengers. Cassette suspended ceilings made of expanded steel were installed in the main hall.

You can go to the Filevskaya metro station of the same name without going outside. The lobbies have also been refurbished. In the near future, it is planned to begin repairing platforms on the blue line. It will be held without closing stations for passengers.

Convenient transfers to the MCC

At five stations of the MCC, a transfer to the metro was organized without access to the street - according to the “dry feet” principle. These are Vladykino, Cherkizovo, Kutuzovskaya, Gagarin Square and Business Center stations. According to the same principle, the integration of MCC stations with the Botanical Garden of the Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya Line and the metro stations Shelepikha, Nizhegorodskaya Street of the Third Interchange Circuit and Okruzhnaya of the Lyublinsko-Dmitrovskaya Line, which are under construction, is envisaged.

Work is also underway to integrate the MCC and eight radial directions of the Moscow Railway - Yaroslavl, Kazan, Gorky, Kursk, Paveletsky, Rizhsky, Savelovsky, as well as the Oktyabrskaya railway. The work includes the construction of new stops on the Gorky, Paveletsky and Kursk directions, as well as the transfer of existing ones to the MCC. We are talking about Okruzhnaya on the Savelovsky direction, Severyanin on the Yaroslavl direction and Leningradskaya on the Riga direction. In addition, this includes the organization of a comfortable pedestrian connection with the Oktyabrskaya railway. An underground pedestrian crossing from the Andronovka transport hub to the Frezer stopping point of the Kazan direction has already been built.

In addition, a decision was made to build next year seven pedestrian crossings across the MCC in the Presnensky, Sokol, Koptevo, Rostokino and Bogorodskoye districts, as well as additional vestibules as part of the ZIL and Lokomotiv transport hubs.

  • Today, July 10, 2017, for passengers of the Moscow Metro and the Moscow central ring a new northern lobby of the TPU Kutuzovskaya was opened, integrated with the metro station of the same name. Passengers are expected to make more than 70,000 transfers here on a typical working day.

The construction and arrangement of the new northern vestibule of Kutuzovskaya TPU took place over 10 months - from August 2016 to June 2017. During the arrangement of the northern vestibule, the most modern technical solutions were used. So, the builders installed 12 modern turnstiles with glass doors here. They will provide not only fast and convenient passage for passengers, but also give the opportunity to use innovative methods of paying for travel using bank cards and mobile devices. Passengers will also be able to use non-cash payment methods at 6 cash desks located in the lobby.

As part of the reconstruction of the Filyovskaya Line, at all stations, builders, by order of the metro, are organizing accessible infrastructure for passengers with limited mobility: installing elevators, ramps and lifts, as well as installing outdoor tactile navigation. These innovations also appeared in the northern lobby of the MCC Kutuzovskaya, providing accessible environment for all social groups. At the third stage of the reconstruction of the Filevskaya line, which will begin at the end of 2017, the repair of the passenger platform in the direction from the center will be completed.

Passengers will be able to quickly, on an intuitive level, choose the shortest routes to the metro and the MCC, and easily navigate the territory adjacent to the station due to the placement of new modern navigation elements in the lobby. They are fully duplicated in English language equipped with backlight. The exits are numbered and marked on the map. At the TPU Kutuzovskaya, racks for recharging gadgets, information columns, and video surveillance with a wide viewing angle were also installed.

Also, passengers in the lobby will be able to get acquainted with the history of the MCC and find out how the new Kutuzovskaya transfer hub was created. The Moscow Metro and the builders organized an exhibition of photographs here, illustrating the laborious process of building the northern lobby. Also, citizens will find here a poster with a QR code telling the story of the emergence and development of the Kutuzovo station of the Moscow District Railway.

The platforms of the Kutuzovskaya station of the Filevskaya line were opened after repairs. On the Filevskaya line continues large-scale reconstruction, capital repairs are carried out at all stations of the line. After completion of work on the ground section of the line, the intervals of train traffic will be reduced from 4 to 3 minutes, and the number of trains will increase from 15 to 22 per hour.

The stations of the ground section of the Filyovskaya line were built about 60 years ago, in 1958-1965. This is the first time such a full-scale reconstruction has taken place for them.

The station was opened on November 7, 1958 as part of the Kievskaya - Kutuzovskaya section, after the opening of which (and the simultaneous re-opening of the Kalininskaya - Kievskaya section) in the Moscow Metro there were 53 stations. It was named after Kutuzovsky Prospekt, under which it is located.

After the reconstruction, panels and modern navigation appeared on the platform towards the region

The walls of the station are now decorated with panels with images of heroes Patriotic War 1812

The panels greatly transformed the station, before it was just a white wall

After the white walls, the station is not recognizable now

The station has two vestibules in the form of glazed pavilions on both sides of Kutuzovsky Prospekt

The station, from which trains depart to the center, now has a glass railing

Through the transparent fence you can now see the platform of the MCC "Kutuzovskaya"

There are two ticket offices in the lobby, as well as ticket machines.

Now there is a transition from the Kutuzovskaya station to the Kutuzovskaya MCC platform

Kutuzovskaya station, like almost all stations of the Filyovskaya line, remained the only ones in the Moscow metro that are located on the street

Although even before the reconstruction of the Filyovskaya line, there were rumors to remove the line underground, but it turned out to be too expensive and rational

The station was opened on September 10, 2016 along with the opening of passenger traffic of MCC electric trains

The middle of the platform is located under the Kutuzovsky Prospekt road overpass, passing over the Small Ring and Filevskaya metro line

Of the 31 MCC stations, Kutuzovskaya ranks fourth in popularity.

It became convenient for passengers to transfer from the MCC to the metro and continue moving

The second station in the Moscow Metro (after Aleksandrovsky Sad) with curved platforms. It has the maximum slope of the tracks among all the stations of the Moscow Metro, which is noticeable to the naked eye.

This is how the Kutuzovskaya metro station became after a large-scale reconstruction

The Kutuzovskaya MCC station is located on Kutuzovsky Prospekt and is an interchange with the Filyovskaya metro station of the same name, as well as with 11 ground public transport routes.

This is how the lobbies looked from a bird's eye view in 2014.

The reconstruction completely changed the appearance of the station. This can be seen in the photographs:

And this is what the very northern lobby looks like, which was opened on July 10 by Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin.

The entrance was made in a modernist style, which fits perfectly into the panorama of the area.

The MCC station includes an island platform and two two-story lobbies, which are located on opposite sides of Kutuzovsky Prospekt. The MCC station platform is located parallel to the Filevskaya metro station.

Metro and MCC passengers can make free transfers between these modes of transport within 90 minutes from the moment of the first passage through the turnstiles.

Garbage sorting containers were installed on the platform.

The southern lobby of Kutuzovskaya opened with the launch of the MCC. About 70,000 people who use this station every day have been waiting for Severny for several years. Its area is 940 sq. m, height - just over 7 m.

What has changed inside? There are now two turnstile lines with 12 passages in the northern lobby. They also took care of people with limited mobility, parents with strollers and tourists with luggage. They made extended turnstiles for them.

Bathrooms, security rooms and several utility and technical rooms have been equipped. You will have to go through a security check upon entry. And although passengers are usually in a hurry, they are treated with understanding - safety depends on these measures.

The lobby was finished with granite and travertine (natural stone tiles). The floor and stairs were made of heat-treated granite slabs. They are not polished, which means that you will not slip on them.

The lobby is modern. There are benches and stand-alone racks for recharging gadgets. So citizens who have forgotten their portable power supply can “recharge” at the station. And for those who left the wire at home, it remains to enjoy a trip around the MCC without a phone or tablet.

From the station, a view of the Moscow City skyscrapers opens up, and flying swallows can also be seen from here. Passengers loved these trains so much that many now choose the route through the Moscow ground ring just because of them. Many claim that they are going on a journey...

During the 10 months of its operation, the MCC carried 78 million passengers. Improved communication between districts and districts of Moscow, unloaded circle line metro and central stations.

The landscaping of the territories near the MCC stations is currently underway. These works will be completed by the end of the year.

All details about the MCC can be found. Users have access to a 3D map of the MCC with a running train - "swallow", full information about all transplants, as well as interesting details about the implementation of the project and its history.
