Today, the study of English is especially relevant and should be carried out with maximum efficiency, even in relation to those who are not very capable of assimilating a foreign language. First of all, English teachers are responsible for this, who need not only to be fluent in English, but also to be able to make their lessons accessible to the understanding of all students. Teachers need to constantly update lexicon, meet with modern methods teaching and continuously improve professional qualifications. Olympiads that take place on our Aida website help to achieve such goals.

Why do we need olympiads for teachers of English

Olympiads for English teachers are focused on topics and issues related to the modern field of education, and allow teachers to get a lot of new information. In addition, they provide an opportunity to check the degree of training of teachers at the international and all-Russian level and determine the directions for their further development as specialists.

On our site, testing is free of charge, which means that anyone can take it and get an idea of their own knowledge of the English language and the ability to teach it to other people. This helps existing and future teachers to create a suitable audience and develop as an English teacher in the future. The ability to do this quickly and remotely greatly facilitates the task, which requires only a computer.

The Olympiads include ten questions with themes and answer options for each of them and are limited in time. Before choosing one of them, the participant needs to think a little, but it is necessary to navigate in a couple of minutes. This develops the speed of thinking and the ability to quickly find the right solution in a given situation in the classroom.

What knowledge should a teacher have?

A qualified English teacher must know how to work with preschoolers, elementary, middle and high school students and be creative. He needs to be able to use videos, slideshows and a variety of techniques in his lessons to help students easily absorb new information. All this is taken into account when compiling the questions of the Olympiad testing and in the answers to them, which are submitted in English.

What are the benefits of a teacher after receiving a diploma

The Olympiads offered by our resource imply the participation of all comers and the subsequent receipt of official diplomas that can be presented to employers and applied to the portfolio. They are carried out in full compliance with the Federal State Educational Standards and are a very productive way to improve your qualifications, confirm it and get many chances for an increase in salary and excellent employment.

Online testing provides significant assistance in improving language proficiency and is free of charge and without registration. Contributions in the amount of 89 rubles are made only upon receipt of a diploma, which can have the first, second, third degree or the status of a laureate and participant in the Olympiad. It is downloaded from the Internet, printed on paper, is nominal and has an individual number.
