Dear Anastasia! The non-Russian did not test the teacher, but talked with a colleague. And she really knows Russian, both colloquial and academic. For a long time in the kindergarten there was no such leader who in a short time won the respect of teachers and many parents. But she also quit this not at all elite institution. It seems that Elizarova O.N. Destroys, good enough educational system from within. Teachers become zombies, the initiative is punishable here. The constant change of personnel cannot but affect the results educational process. It's a pity, because good teachers there were many.

For those who want to get a job in Novogorsk at the Academic Gymnasium - know in advance that at the entrance they will not just check your passport, but immediately without asking, in violation of your rights and the law on Personal Data, they will start scanning it, apparently counting you a disenfranchised being who has nothing to ask. This is the "Academic Gymnasium", for which the prison cries, both for the manager and for the authorities. Salaries are paid for the blood spilled and lost health by teachers and educators, technicians. Teachers work from 8:00 to 18:00 or even until 19:00. Teachers from 7:30 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. People work for 2-3 rates, and the salary is paid as for one rate, and then with deductions. And you owe them all the time, not they owe you. The hostel is rooms of 4 sq. meters for two people with fungus and mold in the corridors and shower. The caregivers live in the basement with 4 people in a room. On holidays, everyone is "expelled" at their own expense. And try not to write a statement at your own expense! Save on everything. They write about high salaries - do not believe it !!! There is a lot of work for the prosecutor's office and the labor inspectorate.

Outside the 21st century. Serfdom canceled a long time ago. People, be careful. In the very center of Moscow Labor slavery in the Academic Gymnasium. There are not normal teachers in this institution. And who, a self-respecting person will work here ... The turnover is huge. You arrive at school, the teachers are already at school, and in the evening you pick up the child, the teachers are still at school!!! It turns out that they work 10 hours with children! The school does NOT have a teacher's lounge! Even Elizarova did not allow herself such a thing. And Kudryavtseva made an office. And the teacher's notebooks are checked sitting in the playroom on a bench!! And according to the administration, they receive a DECENT salary. In fact, they get paid just over 50 a month. This is in Moscow… But on the website of the school they promise from 70 thousand rubles… And there are no more than 12 children in a private school, and there are 20 children in classes. But when visiting the commission, they hide our children in the locker room. And when you see the schedule, 50 lessons for a first grader!!! Is it normal? Therefore, the child was transferred to another school. It turns out that teachers not only conduct lessons, they also have shifts from 2 to 4 hours. The duty schedule hangs on the corridor door. It always seemed to me that the teacher occupies an important place in school! But in this institution, everyone is comfortable, except for teachers and children. Director Kudryavtseva Elena Dmitrievna arranges teachers' councils every day at 8 o'clock in the morning and in the evening. The scream of the director even behind the closed door drowns out the noise of the children in the playroom!! After the meetings, the teachers are shaking, and they come out with gloomy faces to the children. And how can this teacher work with children and deal with my child ... And where is the Moscow Department of Education looking?
