Glossary of terms

Emotion These are our moods and experiences that accompany the events of our life.
Joy- this is when we feel good from something done, from communicating with my mother, a friend, from the fact that we are given gifts, we have fun. Slight wrinkles at the eyes, eyes slightly narrowed, upper lip slightly raised, corners of the lips raised and usually laid back, lower jaw relaxed, mouth may be slightly open.
Anger- when we are angry at someone, for example, at the one who undeservedly offended us, who beat us, called us names ... Closely compressed eyebrows, horizontal wrinkles on the bridge of the nose, swollen nose, clenched teeth, neck convulsively tightened, while hands can be clenched into fists.

Equipment: an envelope with a letter; a magic bag with various items, a scarf; a tape recorder and an audio recording of the songs “If you are kind”, “Smile”; a box with medals for each child; 3 palms made of colored cardboard; a toy hedgehog that laughs.

STUDY PROCESS

- Hello guys!
I was walking to your class and met the postman on the way. He gave me an unusual letter. Let's see what kind of letter? So, kindergarten"Golden Key" for children. This letter is for you. Who is it from? From Smesharik the Hedgehog. Do you know this? Shall we read the letter? Listen carefully.

Hello guys! The Hedgehog is writing to you from the country of Smesharikov. If someone does not know me, I send my photo (2nd slide). My favorite pastime is the compilation of various collections: wrappers, mushrooms, cacti. I look for items for my collections everywhere: in the mountains, the sea, even in a dark forest. Most recently, I wandered into one of these forests in search of something new for my collection.
And suddenly I went out into a clearing on which stood a beautiful palace (slide 3). I became interested and I went into this palace. Different emotions lived there: joy, anger, fear, surprise and others (slides 4 and 5).
It turned out that on this day the evil wizard Sad-crying made his way into their kingdom (slide 6). He quarreled all the emotions among themselves, and I really love to reconcile everyone, even those who do not want to put up with any. And I succeeded. The evil wizard got angry with me and locked me in a dungeon. And he took away my laughter from me, and I love to laugh so much. Help me return my laughter and get out of the dungeon of his palace, and to do this, complete the tasks of the evil wizard Sadcrying. Thank you guys, I believe that you can easily cope with all his tasks.

- Well, guys, can we help the Hedgehog?
- With each correctly completed task, we will come closer to the castle of the evil wizard Sadcrying, the closer we come, the better we will see it, but for now we do not see it.
Let's start with the first task.

Exercise "Depict an emotion"

Sad crying gives such a task: to depict two inhabitants of the palace of emotions. 1 pictogram - joy (7 slide).

What does a person look like when he is happy? (Eyes sparkle, lips smile).
- Look at the beautiful faces of those who rejoice (8 slide).
- Guys, when do you feel happy? (When mom comes, they read books, buy toys, sweets...)
- You see how many reasons for joy we have (slide 9).
- Remember something joyful and when I count to 3 we will all depict joy together. Fine. So the palace of the evil sorcerer Sad-crying (10 slide) has already become visible a little.

2 pictograms - anger.

What does a person look like when they are angry? (The face is angry, the lips are compressed, the eyebrows are furrowed, the eyes are angry)- 11 slide.
- How ugly we are when we are angry (12 slide). And when are you angry? (When offended, something does not work out)- 13 slide.
- Let's try on the count of 3 to show how angry we are. (Another piece of the palace - slide 14).

Exercise "Ways to master a negative emotional state"

- Sad crying believes that if a person is angry, then this can go on for a very long time. What do you think can be done to make anger quickly leave you? (Cheer yourself, draw something beautiful, beat a pillow, tear paper, play a funny game, watch an interesting cartoon, read a funny book, eat candy, sculpt from plasticine, run outside, blow bubbles)- 15 slide.
- Being angry is bad for your health. With what kind of people is it more pleasant to communicate: with good or evil?
- Well done, he did not know that you could find the answer to this question. (16 slide).

The game "Screamers-clappers-silent"

- Oh, here are some palms. So what is this assignment?
The sad cryer does not believe that we will be able to complete this task, because here you need to be very careful and remember the order of actions (17 slide). And the order is this: If I show a blue palm, then everyone needs to shout the sound “A” loudly together, if it’s green, then everyone needs to clap loudly together, if it’s red, then you need to sit quietly and quietly. Let's remember and practice. Well, now we are very carefully fulfilling this task of the evil wizard (slide 18).

Magic bag game

- The sad cryer put various small objects into this bag and pierced the bag so that you and eyes closed couldn't tell by touch what was there. Who will be the first to take on this challenge?
- Well done! Another part of the castle appeared (19 slide).

Exercise "Find the Differences"

- in front of us next task(20 slide). Sad-crying, as best he could, drew two residents of the palace of emotions. What are these emotions? They seem to be a little similar, but in fact they have 5 differences. We need to find all the differences.
- Well done, the last part of the castle has appeared (slide 21).

Exercise "Tower of Joy"

- And here is the Hedgehog, but laughter has not yet returned to him (slide 22). Sad crying is always sad, angry and very often cries, so that the action of his magic ends and laughter returns to the Hedgehog, you need to build a tower of joy.
To do this, each in turn needs to tell what he likes or what makes him happy. I will name what I like and hold out my hand palm up, and you will take turns coming up, saying what you like or what makes you happy and put your hand on my palm. What a good tower of joy we got, and the Hedgehog is laughing again. Quietly sit down, and the Hedgehog, as a token of gratitude and in memory of our fabulous lesson, gives you magic medals with his photo, and the magic word “Smile” is written on the back. Let when you are sad or angry, then this medal will help you become more cheerful and kind. ( Under the song "Smile, everyone is awarded a medal with the image of a Hedgehog).

“Our fabulous lesson has come to an end.
- What do you remember and like?
What emotion do you like the most?

- A person, when he is angry, has an ugly face, angry, evil eyes. You should always treat people kindly, affably, then you will be treated the same way. Well, when a person has a joyful mood, then any business turns out.

Lesson progress:

Greetings. "Magic ball".

- Hello guys. I'm glad to see you!

The psychologist passes the ball of thread to the child, he winds the thread around his finger and affectionately calls the child sitting next to him by name or says “a magic polite word”, then passes the ball to another child, etc.

- Guys, today we will go on a trip. And what country we will go to, you will tell me after I read the poem to you.

Animals have feelings
In fish, birds and people.
No doubt affects everyone.
Us mood.
Who's having fun!
Who is sad?
Who got scared!
Who is angry?
Dispels all doubts
Mood ABC.

(brief discussion of the poem, repetition of the names of emotions).

Our mood depends on our actions, on what we do and how. In turn, our mood affects the mood of others, and they experience different emotions.

Guys, do you know what emotions are? (children's answers: for example: "surprise", "joy", "sadness" are emotions, "fear" is also an emotion, emotions are positive and negative, etc.)

Guys, now we will go on a trip to the country of "Emotions". In order to be able to travel, we need transportation. What transport did you travel on? Let's build a fabulous train. Stand one behind the other, take the one in front of you by the belt. Our train will be able to move with the help of magic words: choo-choo, choo-choo, the train is rushing at full speed ... it is taking you to a stop, show skill ...!

(Children pronounce words and walk in a circle, depicting wagons)

1 stop. "Glade of Joy" ». (sounds audio recording of "Happiness" by F. Chopin)

Who do you see in this field? (Man-joy) (slide or cardboard man)

And what is his mood?

Children, what is joy?(children's answers)

For example:

"Joy is when everyone is happy, everyone is having fun."

“There is great joy, and there is little. Small is when one person has it, and big is when everyone has it.

"Joy is when everyone has a holiday."

“Joy is when no one cries. No one".

"Joy is when there is no war."

"Joy is when everyone is healthy."

“Joy is me, because my mother says:“ You are my joy.

- What do you do when you are having fun? ( children's answers.)

Etude "Who rejoices how".

Children become in a circle. The psychologist invites them to portray, to show without words how happy they are when they meet their mother, when they meet guests on their birthday, when walking together with their parents or when going to the zoo, circus.

Expressive movements: hugs, smiles, laughter, joyful exclamations.

Exercise "Draw an emotion."

Now imagine that we are artists and we need to draw a picture on the theme - "Joy". Take papers and pencils, and let everyone draw joy the way they want.

(Then the children are invited to sit in a circle and talk about what they have drawn. Then the psychologist, together with the children, sticks the drawings on a large sheet of paper or on a magnetic board - an exhibition is held (discussion, choice of the most original drawing, answers to the question “What is joy? and the most interesting stories.

Psycho-gymnastics "Stream of joy". (calm music playing)

Children sit on the floor in a circle, hold hands, relax.

Guys, mentally imagine that a kind, cheerful stream has settled inside each of you. The water in the stream is clean, clear, warm. The stream is very small and very mischievous. He cannot sit in one place for a long time. Let's play with him and mentally imagine how clean, transparent, warm water is pouring through your hands eachfriend around.

Children mentally convey joy to each other.

2 stop. "Isle of Sadness"

Guys, who lives on this island? (Man-Sadness)

Look at this boy. What expression on his face... What happened to his mouth? Eyebrows? What is the expression of the eyes? What is this emotion?(children's answers)

- And how did you guess? (on the face, on the eyes, eyebrows are shifted, lips are lowered)

Guys, you also probably have a sad mood? Tell(children's stories)

Not only humans, but also animals can live on the island. And now I offer you to portray an animal.

Good Animal Game.

Stand in a circle and hold hands. We will turn into one big, kind animal.(Soothing music turns on.) Let's hear how it breathes. Inhale - all together take a step forward. Exhale - step back. Our animal breathes very evenly and calmly. And now let's depict and listen to how his big heart beats. Knock - take a step forward. A knock is a step back.

3 stop. « Cave of Fear.

We got to the cave.(The psychologist turns on the music.)

Exercise "Scary sounds". (music by E. Grieg “Procession of the Dwarves” or “In the Cave of the Mountain King” sounds)

- Guess what sounds we hear?(children's answers)

- We hear a lot of sounds, some of them are scary. We will listen to the sounds and guess which ones are frightening, scary, and which are soothing or joyful.(discussion of children)

Has the sound always been scary? The sound of the train also seems scary to you, but if you remember the trip on vacation by train, which was fun and interesting, then the fear disappears.

What kind of person lives here. (Man - Fear)

How did you guess?(children's answers)

The game "I'm not afraid of horror stories, I'll turn into whoever you want."

Children walk in a circle, holding hands, and pronounce these words in unison. When the driver (initially it may be a psychologist) calls some scary character (Koshchei, wolf, lion, etc.), the children need to quickly “turn into” him and freeze. The host chooses the worst one and he becomes the leader and continues the game.

Exercise "Fear has big eyes."

Now, let's play with fear. Imagine that you have a big, huge fear.(Children spread their arms wide to the sides). Everyone who is afraid has big eyes from fear.(Depict large round eyes with the help of hands.) But now the fear is waning.(Children move their hands.)

And then it disappears altogether.(Shrug their shoulders and throw up their hands in bewilderment.)

Look at each other and make sure that no one else has big eyes and therefore none of you are afraid of anything, because the fear has disappeared. Smile at each other.

Reflection. Conversation with children:

And now it's time for us to go back to kindergarten.

What did you learn in class today?(children's answers)

And what did you like the most?(children's answers)

Well done boys! You were friendly, active coped with all the tasks!

I also really enjoyed our trip. I wish you Have a good mood and that you only say good things to each other and good words.

I really want to know what mood you have left after our trip. And I suggest you choose an emoticon that matches your mood!

And to make our meeting memorable, let's take a photo as a keepsake.

This concludes our lesson. Thank you bye!

Lesson progress:

Greeting: Hello guys. I'm glad to see you. Let's greet each other:

hello sun, (children raise their hands up)

Hello me (point to themselves)

Hello all my friends! (they hug the neighbors on the right and left by the shoulders)

An unconventional game with clothespins Today, in the group, we are met by the sun, which decided to give you its rays in order to find out with what mood you came to kindergarten today. You must tell what your name is, what mood you are in. Continue the sentences: My name is... I'm in a... mood today because...

(clothespins are distributed to children, the sun is passed around in a circle and putting on a clothespin (ray) the child talks about his mood.)

Look how many rays the sun has and each ray has a different feeling and mood, we have rays that are both joyful and sad. And therefore, in order to cheer everyone up, we will play with "Sunbeam"

A game "Sun Ray" The sunbeam looked into your eyes. Close them. He ran further across the face. Gently stroke it with your palms: on the forehead, on the nose, but on the mouth, on the cheeks, on the chin. Stroke gently so as not to frighten away the sunbeam, head, neck, tummy, arms, legs. He climbed onto his stomach, pet him. Ray is not a mischievous person - he just loves and caresses you, and you stroke him and make friends with him.

Great! We made friends with a ray of sunshine, take a deep breath and smile at each other. It's great that we met!

Main part:

Today fairy gnomes came to visit us from the land of emotions

They will help us remember the emotions that we talked about in previous classes.

  • Guess, kids, and girls, and boys, what emotion will I show you now?

(joyful music sounds. The teacher-psychologist shows a picture of a gnome with an emotion of joy. Children's answers)

Our gnome brought us pictograms with various emotions and wants us to check if you know all the emotions. (children are given pictograms with emotions of joy, sadness, fear, anger, surprise) Now tell the gnome your emotion, which is shown on the icon, and tell the gnome when you experience this feeling. For example: I am happy "I'm happy when no one gets sick" .

  • Look at the gnome. Give me an emotion... (sad music sounds. The teacher-psychologist shows a picture of a gnome with an emotion of sadness. Children's answers.)

What do you think could happen to him, why is he sad?

  • Another gnome is coming to us. Look, what is he? (Scary music sounds. Psychologist shows a gnome with an emotion of fear. Children's answers.)

Exercise "Fear has big eyes" .

Teacher-psychologist: And now let's play with fear. Imagine that you have a big, huge fear. (Children spread their arms wide to the sides). Everyone who is afraid has big eyes from fear. (Depict large round eyes with hands). But now the fear is waning. (Children move their hands). And then it disappears altogether. (Shrug their shoulders and shrug their hands in disbelief). Look at each other and make sure that no one else has big eyes and therefore none of you are afraid of anything, because the fear has disappeared. Smile at each other.

Well done guys, you got over the fear.

  • Look at this gnome. Give me an emotion... (Angry music sounds. The psychologist teacher shows a picture of a gnome with an emotion of anger. Children's answers.)

And you know, this dwarf told me what he was very angry about. It turns out that in a magical land, no one wanted to tell fairy tales and that's why he is so evil. Let's tell him a story. (children agree)

Now I will tell a fairy tale, and you will portray the heroes of the fairy tale after you hear the words "like this" .

There is one wonderful planet, which is called the Earth. She is big and round. It has many forests, seas, rivers. And people, animals, birds, insects live on it. So, on this planet there is a huge bright green glade. Over this clearing, the sky is often blue. Birds fly in the sky. The sun warms this glade with its warm rays.

Once, in broad daylight, a city suddenly appeared in this clearing. Where did it come from? Maybe someone knows, but I don't know. Everything in this city was extraordinary. The houses were of different colors: red, yellow, green, blue, purple - as if the rainbow had left its mark on each of them, of different shapes - round, square and even triangular. The windows in the houses were very large so that a lot of light entered the house. There were still many doors, and they were all open. Come in when you want and go where you want.

And there lived in this unusual city little wizards like you. And on you Denis, and on you, Irina (etc.). The wizards were very kind and friendly. They worked hard and did a lot. And if something didn’t work out for them, they knew that they would definitely succeed, even if not immediately. Wizards loved to play and have fun. Every now and then they heard their merry laughter. And they laughed like this... (Children lie on their backs, dangle their legs, arms, slap their stomachs and laugh out loud.)

But wizards have also been sad, and then they were sad like this ... (Children depict sadness with the help of facial expressions.)

Sometimes they wanted to cry, and they allowed themselves to. They were crying like this... (Children depict crying with the help of pantomime.) Huge tears rolled down their cheeks, and when they fell to the ground, they turned into crystal beads. The ringing from them was melodic and soothing.

Wizards loved to come up with various miracles with transformations. When someone turned into someone, they were surprised like this (Children open their eyes wide, open their mouths, say "Oh" .)

Now we will get to this country. Close your eyes and follow your breath. On the count of three, you open your eyes and find yourself in a magical city. Inhale - exhale - one, inhale - exhale - two, inhale - exhale - three. (Children follow the instructions.)

Open your eyes. We are in an unusual city. (Children open their eyes.)

Before we got to this city, we immediately turned into huge elephants. The elephant has four powerful legs. He walks importantly, slowly, slowly shifting his body weight from one leg to the other. He puts his foot on the whole foot, as if pushing through the ground. Let's try this way... (Children smoothly, slowly transfer the body from one leg to another, inhale noisily, while exhaling, pronouncing the sound for a long time "A" .)

The elephant went to the construction site where the little wizards were building a house. Probably for you and me. The elephant is a strong animal and he began to help the magicians lift heavy stones like this... He placed his feet steadily (children put their feet shoulder width apart), slightly bent his knees, lifted the stone with his front right foot and pushed it up with force, pushing the stone up (imitating movements). Then he raised the stone with his front left foot and also gave it up to the builders. (imitating movements). It was not easy for him, and he did not hide it. Breathing heavily like this... (Children exhale for a long time pronounce "A" ) .

But then the elephant suffered a setback: a heavy stone fell on his leg. The elephant lifted his bruised leg and groaned like this... "O" ) .

The elephant became very angry, his body tensed, he clenched his jaws, began to swing his trunk, trumpet menacingly like this ... (children imitate movements and pronounce a sound for a long time "A" ) .

And then the elephant went through the city shaking the air with a roar like this ... (children move, transferring body weight from one leg to another with a sharp movement of their hands, clenched into fists, up; on exhalation, lower their hands down, making a sound "A" ) .

Then the elephant saw the newspaper. He grabbed it and started rubbing it. He trampled on it with his feet, tore it to pieces like this... (children crumple the newspaper, trample, tear).

Then the elephant fell on its back and began to beat on the ground with its feet, turn its head and roar like this ... (children lie on their backs, knock their feet on the floor, shake their heads, make a sound for a long time "A" ) .

Gradually, the feeling of anger began to leave the elephant, he closed his eyes, stretched out on the ground to his full height like this ... (children lie on the floor, close their eyes, listen to the text for relaxation).

Our hands rest, our legs also rest.
Rest, ... fall asleep ... (2 times)
Tension flew away
And the whole body is relaxed (2 times)

Lips are not tight
Open and warm (2 times)
And our obedient tongue
used to being relaxed (2 times)

Breathe easily...evenly...deeply...

Soon the elephant completely calmed down, he lay relaxed. Opening his eyes, he looked around like this... (children open their eyes, look around).

How good: the sun warms, the sky is blue, the grass is green, water flows in the river. And he became very calm and comfortable. And only scraps of paper scattered on the ground reminded of anger. Let's clean up all the leftovers "anger" so that she doesn't bother us anymore (everyone removes scraps of newspapers).

Well, it's time to go home. Close your eyes, watch your breath. To account "three" you open your eyes and find yourself in our kindergarten group again. Inhale - exhale - one, inhale - exhale - two, inhale - exhale - three. (Children follow the instructions.)

Symbolic return from a fairy tale - exercise "It's me"

Children stand in a circle, holding hands, stomp their feet, repeating as they exhale: "It's me. It's me" .

Well, here we are back. Did you enjoy being elephants? How did the elephant feel when the stone fell on its foot? How did he express this feeling? What did he do about it? You noticed that the elephant, despite being angry, did not offend or offend anyone. The elephant is a peaceful animal. And if suddenly you are ever visited by a feeling of anger, anger, remember the elephant.

  • Take a look at the gnome, determine the emotion ... (Unusual music sounds. The teacher-psychologist shows the gnome with the emotion of surprise. Answers of the children.)

That's right, it's a surprise! I will tell you what the fairy gnome was surprised about, maybe you will be surprised too.

1. Game - relaxation "Dry Rain" .

Listen, what are the sounds? This is the sound of rain. Let's go and see (audio recording - Chopin "Rain waltz" ) .

A rain cloud flew to us, but the rain is not simple, but magical (multi-colored satin ribbons on the umbrella). Pet him.

Our rain is colorful, dry, warm, cheerful, kind, affectionate, gentle. The rain makes us happy, calms us down. You can dance a little to the music.

Rain, rain, my friend, you spill on the meadow,

On hands and face, you dance without laziness, the first, spring.

It's so nice to walk under our rain.

Our magical rain seems to wash away all experiences, fears, fatigue and fills us with health and spring mood.

Reflection lessons

  • Let's remember what emotions live in a fairy-tale land?

Which game did you find the most interesting?

  • And what is your mood now?

(Children remember).

Farewell ritual.

Our meeting with fairy gnomes has come to an end.

They give us parting instructions:

Be kind, without whims

And they give you surprises. Gnomes also came to visit us not empty-handed, but with a surprise (I show the children a box closed with a lid. I shake the box and invite the children to guess by ear what is there.) What do you think it could be?

It's actually candy. But they are not simple. As soon as you eat them, you will turn into magicians and will be able to wish all people something that will make them joyful. Let's think about what we can wish to all the people who live on earth ... (Children are given sweets, they express their wishes).

Thank you! You are great today. Goodbye.

Description of work: The material will be useful for preschool educational psychologists. The lesson is aimed at reducing children's fears and anxiety with older preschool children.
Target: reduction of fear and anxiety.
Tasks:
- awareness of fear through sensory channels;
- translation of negative experiences into positive ones;
- increasing mental tone, relieving muscle tension;
- Increasing self-confidence. 1. Warm up.
Exercise "Wizards"
Children stand in a circle.

Educational psychologist: Guys, do you want to become wizards today? (children's answers). Our magic flashlight will help us with this. We revolve around ourselves, we turn into wizards!

In a darkened room, the children turn around and touch the flashlight in the center of the circle.

Educational psychologist: Guys - now you are wizards and can do great things! I suggest you go to a magical land in which soft, kind Mnushki toys live (toys-antistress). The Mnushki have a problem - fears have settled in their country that keep the Mnushki in captivity. Mnushki will not cope with fears alone. My little wizards, your help is needed! Are you ready to help little Mnuskas? (answers children). In order to save them, we need to find fears and defeat them.
So, we rotate, we rotate in a magical land, we move!

Psycho-gymnastics "Flowers" (to the music).
Educational psychologist: Look how beautiful it is here in the country, beautiful, magical flowers grow all around! They sleep at night and bloom during the day. Let's pretend we are flowers. Squatting down, we will clasp our knees with our hands - the flowers are sleeping. But now the sun has risen, morning comes, the flowers wake up - raise their heads, reach for the sun, open their petals, sway in the wind. The sun disappeared - the flowers fell asleep again. (Children perform movements in accordance with the text. Repeat the exercise 2 times).

Training of emotions "The sea worries once."

Educational psychologist: We go further, on the way we have the sea, it is also magical. Its waves can show different emotions. Let's play with him.
The sea is worried
The sea is worried two,
The sea is rough three.
The figure of joy (sadness, fear, anger, surprise) freeze!

Children express emotions through gestures and facial expressions.

Educational psychologist: Well done guys, how good you are at portraying different emotions!

2. Correction part.

Exercise "What is fear?"

Children sit in a circle.

Educational psychologist: My little wizards, now we need to find all the fears in order to defeat them and help out the Mnushki. What do you think fear is? (Children's answers: “when you tremble, your heart beats loudly”).
Educational psychologist: If fear had a color, what color would it be? (Basically, children name two colors - black and red).
Educational psychologist: And if you touch the fear, then what is it? (Children's answers: “He is very cold, hard, hard. He has sharp spikes, you can prick yourself”).

Exercise "Trap for fear."

Educational psychologist: And now the fun begins, we will catch fears. Think about what you are most afraid of? (Children's answers: wolf, spider, Babu Yaga, dragon, darkness, etc.)
Great, we found what we were looking for. Now draw, please, your fear. On paper, fear will be trapped!

Children draw their fears on paper.

Educational psychologist: Well, the drawings are ready. Do you have anything to say about your drawing that you have drawn? (children show everyone their drawings, talk about what is shown on it).

Educational psychologist: My little wizards, do you want to conquer your fear? When I count to three, you start tearing your drawings, and everything will be different: fear will disappear, you will feel strength and kindness. Tear your fear into small, small pieces. One two Three! (Children tear drawings with fears).

Exercise "Snowfall".

Educational psychologist: Now let's continue our magic. Gather all the pieces of paper into fists. When I count to three, together we throw the scraps up. One two Three! (Children throw up scraps). Look, it's snow! How beautifully it flies! Tell me, guys, can you make a drawing with fear from these small pieces of paper? (-No). You and I managed to perform real magic: fear disappeared, it turned into funny snowflakes!

3. Relaxation.

Exercise with anti-stress toys.

Educational psychologist: Look, and here are our Mnushechki, how joyful they are, they are saved! Let's make friends with them, calm them down, stroke them... say kind, affectionate words to them... hug them to us... remember their backs, they really like it. Massage with fingers, remember the paws ... ears ... stroke the toys again (children perform exercises: hug, whisper kind words to them, wrinkle their backs with their fingers, press with their fingers, stroke them).

"Magic Dream" (to the music "Sounds of Nature").

Educational psychologist: Guys, our Mnushki wanted to relax, but do you want to relax with them? Sit in a comfortable chair, close your eyes. You will not fall asleep for real, you will hear and feel everything, but you will not move and open your eyes until the magical dream is over. Rest easy.
Imagine a wonderful day... Above you is beautiful blue sky… Soft rays of the sun and a warm breeze touch your eyes and cheeks... A transparent stream runs nearby... Beautiful butterflies flutter around you... birds sing... You feel good, cozy and warm... Breathe easily... evenly... deeply … You are lying on the soft, green grass... You feel good and calm, there are no more fears... together we defeated them and saved the defenseless Mnushki... We are great... we are strong and courageous... Our journey to the magical the country is ending... Breathe in... breathe out... And now open your eyes... Smile to each other!
Tell us about your feelings, what did you feel when you rested? (children's answers).

Exercise "My mood".
In the psychologist's office, on the wall, there is a manual "Mood kitty".

Educational psychologist: Guys, what color are you in the mood right now? Approach the kitty, choose a butterfly that you like to look at and attach the butterfly to our kitty's dress.

Farewell ritual.

Educational psychologist: Guys, you were wonderful, brave wizards, you were not afraid to face fears and save defenseless Mnushki! Well done! Say goodbye to Mnushki (children hug anti-stress toys). It's time to turn into guys.

We spin, spin and turn into children!
(Children touch the flashlight).

Tower exercise.
Children stand in a circle, put their fists with a turret, say: “Goodbye to everyone, everyone!”
