Branch number 1 was formed from integrated military medical institutions. It is located in Omega Bay and represents a 150-bed hospital in the state. The Sevastopol Marine Hospital was founded in May 1783, simultaneously with the birth of the Black Sea Fleet.

The hospital took part in four wars and two defenses of Sevastopol.

The main task of the hospital is to provide qualified and specialized medical care all categories of the wounded and sick, their treatment and rehabilitation.

The hospital currently has 640 beds. It consists of 40 departments and four rooms of a medical and diagnostic profile, three polyclinics, including one dental clinic, a blood transfusion station and support units.

The hospital provides, in addition to the garrison of Sevastopol, all the bases and garrisons of the Black Sea Fleet, members of the families of military personnel, pensioners of the RF Ministry of Defense.
