The names of the best attendants at the metro station have been named. Job Interview: Station Attendant Best Station Attendant

23-year-old Sergei Gorbunov has a responsible and serious position - station duty officer.

And the work is in the very center of the Kulunda steppe, in Slavgorod. “We don't choose the road, the road chooses us,” he says. The thought of a mature man, although he has only been in this profession for a year.

What education is required to become a station attendant?

- At least you need to graduate from a railway technical school, get technical education, and in order to move further up the career ladder, it is necessary higher education. I studied at SGUPS in Novosibirsk, majoring in "Organization of the transportation process in railway transport."

- What are your responsibilities?

- The main task is to ensure the safety of train traffic. During his shift, the station attendant manages all operations related to the reception, departure and passage of trains and shunting work, that is, the delivery of local cargo along the sidings. The work must be organized in such a way as to ensure a clear and timely implementation of the transportation plan.

- Do you have a very strict discipline, not a step from the regulations?

- To ensure the safety of train traffic, it is necessary to follow the regulations and act according to the instructions. Although rail transport is considered one of the safest, situations are different. Safety on the track section depends not only on the station attendant, but also on the drivers, movers, railway workers, electricians, signalmen, and power engineers.

We have a very good, friendly team. Coincidentally, the station employs specialists who have already been in the profession for 20-30 years, there are young people like me. Our experienced colleagues help us a lot, they tell us everything, advise, come to the rescue. The head of the station, Anatoly Podsadny, does not stand aside, who prompts, explains, and shares his experience with us.

- Why did you choose this profession?

– My father worked for 20 years at Slavgorod station in the same position. When choosing a profession, I did not think for a long time and studied target direction. They were sent here by assignment.

- What difficulties did you face when you came to your place?

“I had to get used to some things, to adapt. For example, we have strict rules for negotiations. You have to talk a lot. After the shift, sometimes I don’t want to talk to anyone. Emotionally we get tired for the shift. We have a 12 hour shift. Daytime - from eight in the morning to eight in the evening. And night - from eight in the evening to eight in the morning. At first, night shifts were hard, rather not hard, but rather unusual to sleep during the day and stay awake at night.

- What character traits should a person of your profession have?

- Attentiveness is one of the main criteria. Responsibility, reaction, memory, self-discipline, self-control, concentration of attention, because you constantly need to monitor everything. Each wrong action can lead to serious consequences.

Does the job bring in a good income? Especially for young people, the factor of earnings plays a leading role.

- Wages are decent. I am quite satisfied with everything, in addition, there are career prospects.

- Are you satisfied that the distribution came here?

- For me, Slavgorod is my hometown, on the railway it is better to start from small stations in order to gain experience. It is not as large as the nearest Kulunda and Karasuk.

Do you like to ride trains yourself?

- After the first course, I worked as a conductor. In a week we made our way from Adler to Vladivostok, overcoming 10 time zones. And then it seemed to me that I dashed off for life. On this moment I understand that it was fatigue, and even now I often have to travel by train, and I do it with pleasure.

- Tell us about yourself: who do you work for and how long have you been working in this profession?

- Do you need any special qualities and skills for a person who has decided to become a specialist in this field?

I believe that in specialties related to work on the railway, psychological stability, the ability to independently and quickly make decisions in any situation are needed.

- What difficulties do you face in your work?

For me, the biggest difficulty is the shift work schedule, night work.

- What is the most interesting thing in your work?

For me, the most interesting thing is the ability to make decisions on my own.

- Does your profession allow you to reveal Creative skills, express yourself?

I don't have creative abilities, but I show myself all the time, because the work requires a lot of independence.

- Did the childhood dream of a future profession come true?

Yes, my dream came true.

Do you remember where you learned about this profession?

My mother worked on the railroad, I often visited her at work. So I learned that there are many different specialties on the railway and I wanted to work there too.

- How useful and important is your profession for our country?

Without my profession it is difficult to imagine the railway. If there were no such specialists, then there would be confusion on the railway: trains would collide with each other, they would not know what time to leave and along which route.

- Does your profession bring a good income?

The income in my profession is average, but stability pleases.

Responsible people, independent, able to quickly respond to a changing situation.

- What would you like to warn those who are going to get the same profession as yours?

It must be remembered that my profession has a great psychological burden; causes frequent fatigue.

How do you see your profession in the future?

I think that in the future my profession will be just as necessary and important on the railway.

- What would you suggest to improve in your profession?

Difficult question, I'm fine with it. But probably, I would suggest improving the notification system for the arrival and departure of trains.

- Have you had moments of disappointment in your profession?

No, I have never been disappointed in my profession.

- Is career growth possible in your profession?

Yes, it's possible. You can become a train dispatcher or stationmaster.

6th grade student MBU DO "Center additional education No. 1"

The station attendant is a responsible employee of the traffic service, who manages the reception, departure and passage of trains, as well as shunting movements within one separate point.

The station attendant single-handedly manages the movement of trains at the station and the tracks adjacent to it. No one, except the station attendant, has the right to give orders for the reception, passage and departure of trains and for maneuvers on the tracks followed by organized trains or from which access to the tracks or train routes is possible. The head of the station and superiors can give their orders only through the station attendant.

The station duty officer has locomotives, wagons, permanent track devices, signaling, communications, etc. at his disposal. He is the only authorized shift commander. In his submission is the duty staff of the station. All shift workers, as well as brigades of train and shunting locomotives, are promptly subordinate to the station duty officer and are obliged to unquestioningly comply with all his orders. The station duty officer must organize the work in such a way as to ensure the clear and timely implementation of the transportation plan.

The station duty officer has the right to remove a subordinate from work if leaving him on duty threatens traffic safety or entails a disruption of all work. He must immediately report this to the head of the station. The station duty officer is fully responsible for the technical operation of the station and, above all, for traffic safety, the implementation of the schedule and formation plan, and the quality of the use of the resources entrusted to him. He is responsible not only for himself, but also for his subordinates, if it is established that their omissions were the result of a lack of exactingness and control on his part.

The station duty officer is obliged to clearly know and comply with the Rules of Technical Operation on railways Russian Federation, Instructions for Signaling on the Railways of the Russian Federation, Instructions for the Movement of Trains and Shunting Operations on the Railways of the Russian Federation, the technical and administrative act of the station, the relevant job descriptions for services (tracks, signaling and communications, traction, etc.). Must be aware of all innovations in documents, orders and telegrams that are relevant for a long period of time.

However, only knowledge of the rules and technical documents will not allow the station duty officer to become a full-fledged commander if he has not studied the workers of his shift, does not have command skills, and has not learned the art of organization. The results of the station duty officer's work depend on the entire team. That is why he must be able to properly manage the shift, give employees clear and precise orders, vigilantly monitor their work, control it and anticipate possible violations and correct the mistakes made in time. All the knowledge and experience of the officer on duty must be directed towards ensuring that during the duty period the observance of the traffic schedule and the formation plan, all this is in strict accordance and not to the detriment of traffic safety - the main law of transport.

The high-quality work of the station attendant is one of the most important professions in railway transport - a guarantee of the safety of passengers and cargo transportation.

Svetlana Vyazmina, an employee of the Shchelkovskaya metro station, became the winner annual competition"The best station attendant." It was held as part of the city-wide competition of professional skills "Moscow Masters".

The final stage of the duty competition was held in the assembly hall of the main department Moscow Metro. Out of a hundred participants, after the first, theoretical stage - testing - nine people made it to the final. All of them are representatives of the fair sex. Historically, the Underground Traffic Service has a female face. Among the nine finalists was Svetlana Vyazmina from the Eastern Administrative Okrug.

During the tests, the attendants were tested for knowledge of signals, names of metro stations, as well as metropolitan attractions that are located nearby. The most spectacular was the test to extract objects with special tongs that fell from the conditional "platform" stage on the way. In front of the contestants, they scattered things that passengers most often drop - bags, shoes, documents, books. Armed with long isolated tongs-grabbers in 15 seconds, experienced duty officers took out everything, even very small items.

At the practical stage, the contestants had to show their technical skills. They had to correctly set the “short” and translate the arrow with a special handle - kurbel. A "short circuit" or "short circuit" (two brackets connected by a cable) is a grounding device that connects the contact rail to the running one.

It may seem to a casual observer that the installation of a "short circuit" on the track and contact rail is not so difficult. Or manipulations with kurbel - put the handle in the groove and twist until it clicks. However, in a real environment, to perform these operations, it is necessary to go down into the tunnel, where the equipment is connected to a high voltage current. Thanks to the unique training base at competitive competitions, all these actions were performed in classrooms where sections of tracks with a contact rail were mounted, as well as transferring "arrows".

The hardest thing to deal with is anxiety.

When performing tasks, strict adherence to the algorithm was mandatory. Moreover, in the process of execution it was necessary to clearly pronounce each action. The jury immediately deducted points if they suddenly forgot to mention, for example, filling out the Journal of descent into the tunnel ...
As the girls themselves commented, the work of the station duty officer consists, first of all, in strictly following the instructions. Each of them knows how to act automatically, but at the competition everyone was still worried ...

The contestants, arguing for the title of the best station attendant, managed to reach the finish line with a minimum margin. And yet, the representative of the Shchelkovskaya station Svetlana Vyazmina won.

The second place went to Maria Smirnova - station duty officer of the 9th distance. Third - Anna Martynova - station duty officer of the 5th distance.

As the winner, Svetlana Vyazmina, admitted, she had very little time to prepare for the competition, since just the day before it she came from vacation. Svetlana received a memorial sign, a bouquet of flowers and a valuable gift. All this was handed over to her by the head of the traffic service of the Moscow Metro, Alexander Gordin.

The final stage of the competition for those on duty at the Moscow Metro stations took place. He passed at the station Prospekt Mira (radial) and consisted of two stages. The theoretical part of the 10 finalists was written in the office, and then everyone went down to the station to test their practical skills. This time it was necessary to put out the fire in the fourth car and install a short circuit. (Last year it was necessary to inspect and check electrical devices and protective equipment in the tunnel, at the switch, draw up a route and send an economic unit).

Also, two attendants from the Minsk Metro performed out of the competition.

Among the participants who reached the final, I was happy to see Maria Tkachenko, who was (now she is on duty of the replacement group of the 3rd distance) when the fifth channel was filming. And then the fifth channel made a separate report about Masha.

The participants who took the first, second and third places will receive a monetary reward from the Moscow Government - 50, 40 and 30 thousand rubles, respectively. Those who took 4th, 5th, 6th places will receive prizes from the Moscow Metro for 20, 15 and 10 thousand rubles. In addition, all 10 finalists will advance their qualification class ahead of schedule, without exams (in total, there are 4 of them on duty at the station).
