Tereshkovo station location. At the station "Govorovo" began to build a platform. Construction of a new metro line

In September 2018, a new metro line will open in Moscow. It will consist of the following stations: Govorovo, Michurinsky Prospekt, Solntsevo, Ochakovo, Ramenki, Borovskoye Highway, Novo-Peredelkino and Rasskazovka. Finishing work is being carried out at the Govorovo station.

The new station of the Moscow metro "Govorovo" is located outside the Moscow Ring Road, near the village of the same name. She is part of the project. Solntsevskaya line. It was originally planned to name the station "Tereshkovo".

The technical part of Govorovo is similar to other stations, and the design has its own uniqueness. Finishing is done in gray and black tones. The building is made in an urban composition. The choice of such shades should emphasize the modernity of Moscow. Bright shades scattered across the facade will be responsible for the general mood.

The station platform is granite. The employees who had a hand in the construction assure that Govorovo will not leave anyone indifferent with its appearance and functionality.

Geological preparation for construction began in 2013. Due to the characteristics of the soil, the work was delayed. The station is located at a depth of 14 meters. On this moment Govorovo is ready to operate, but it will be put into operation in September 2018.

Solntsevskaya line of the Moscow metro has great importance for more than half a million Muscovites. Its construction will help relieve road on this area. More than a thousand specialists took part in the work on the new line. Some stations have adopted new technologies that will make construction easier in the future.

Characteristics of the Govorovo station

The station "Govorovo" is located near the street 50 years of October. It has a column type, two-span. The station is shallow. Inside there is one island platform 163 meters long and 12 meters wide. Two comfortable underground vestibules have also been built. The exits from the Govorovo station are located near the future new building and passenger transport stops.

The walls of the station are painted black. The lighting will be purple, yellow and white, which will create the effect of volume. The platform is built of gray granite, and the ceiling is lined with dark mirrors. Lamps are intertwined into one labyrinth.

The station columns will have a special lining in the form of crystals and illuminated drops. The facade of the Govorovo station is lined with glass.

By 2021, two more stations are planned to be added to the new Solntsevskaya Line stations. The Vnukovo station will be located near the airport, and the Pykhtino station will enter the Novomoskovsky district of the capital. In the future, the Solntsevskaya line is planned to be connected to the Kalininskaya line.

For a long time, the Moscow government has been building and equipping a new metro line. Although the main construction of the Solntsevskaya metro line is almost completed, work is still underway at all stations. These works are connected in one way or another with the design of subway stops: lobbies and platforms for the subway are being arranged. Recall that the new metro line will pass through 7 stations: Michurinsky Prospekt, Ochakovo, Govorovo, Solntsevo, Borovskoye Highway, Novo-Peredelkino. The line will start at the Ramenki station and end at the Rasskazovka station.

Construction of a new metro line
According to engineers and builders, this project is extremely important not only for residents of nearby areas, but also for the Moscow authorities. This metro line will be responsible for working for the benefit of about 600,000 residents of the capital, since that is how many people live in the areas through which the subway line will pass. More than one thousand employees worked on the construction and development of the project, all of them approached the work with great responsibility and professionalism. It is planned that all these metro stations will become not just a means of transportation for ordinary citizens, but will also be a real innovation in terms of transportation technologies. Work is still underway to fully ensure the full functionality of the entire branch.

At the moment, Govorovo station is completely ready
The station "Govorovo" is one of the stations of the Solntsevskaya metro line, it got its name in honor of the village nearby. However, it is worth noting that the current name of the station was not the first. At first, engineers and builders gave the project the name "Tereshkovo", in honor of the street under which this section of the subway passed. However, later the Moscow authorities issued a decree according to which it was worth renaming the station.

Govorovo station will technically be no different from any other stop on the Solntsevskaya metro line. The only difference will be a different design, but it is worth noting that each station has its own unique and modern look, which fascinates all residents of Moscow. The entrance to the metro will be located between the beginning of Tatyanin Park Street and Borovskoye Highway. The descent is made in a modern urban style, the main colors will be black and gray.

According to the designers, it is these colors that give the impression that Moscow is a large and modern metropolis. The station itself, despite the gray and black color, will be full of brightness. Yellow, white and purple hues are used to give the station a modern urban feel. The main material from which the platforms will be made will be granite. In any case, as designers and engineers assure, appearance and the functionality of the station will amaze anyone.

The construction period was started at the end of 2013 (the first geological work). During the 5 years of construction, the engineers did not have any special problems, but many wondered why the line was being built for a long time? The answer is very simple, the construction of the station directly depends on the geological indicators and the characteristics of the area.

Although the Govorovo station is located at a depth of 14 meters, the soil there was of a special consistency, which created a delay in the process. At the moment, the station is completely ready, but the authorities and specialists are waiting for the right moment to fully launch it. The start of work is scheduled for September 2018.

Metro station "Govorovo". The first station on the new section of the Kalininsko-Solntsevskaya line, which went beyond the Moscow Ring Road. Here, beyond the Moscow Ring Road, although it is still Moscow, the quality is noticeably declining. The neighboring stations "Govorovo" and "Ozernaya" are very different in terms of the quality of architecture. In principle, all the stations we considered earlier on the new section of Rasskazovka, Novoperedelkino, Borovskoye Shosse and now Govorovo, this is a new stage of standardization and unification, so characteristic of the period in the design of the Moscow metro, when the stations became the main " centipedes". Similar design and minimal differences in expressive means. It's the same here. Just the use of various modern facing materials made it possible to make structurally identical stations visually different. Let's look at the last of the 4 identical stations on this section and then move on to the other three really interesting ones.

Let's start with renders. Let's see what the architects wanted to say, so that later we can see what happened. I found beautiful pictures with pavilions.

There are many interesting things here. For example, this square pavilion in which I didn’t really understand what kind of little room was on the side of the pendulum doors ... and so, judging by the picture, it was planned to make a store, judging by the picture on the glass, with women's underwear. No no .. this is Zamkadye, here you need a tent with shawarma, then everything will be as it should. =) Here you can see that the panels, although gray, but with a pattern. It would look really interesting. What else do we see here, the portal is backlit and for some reason, even in the renders, there is no ramp for entering the platform in front of the doors.

Lift pavilion. First, they drew such an option as on the st.m. "Ramenki", but then they apparently thought that the cantilever visor would have to be considered ... as a result, another option turned out.

Here's the one with the pylons. Here they also added a line of lamps on the side, as in a staircase pavilion.

Lobby rendering. There is a theme with columns with holes and lamps on the ceiling. This is what went into the work, in the end it turned out that way. It is interesting that there should be an elevator on the right behind the white man, but apparently they were so carried away by drawing columns that they did not draw it.

platform part. There is also interesting moments. The columns turn out to be planned with illumination from the inside, and the color is the same as on the st.m. Novoperedelkino had to change. But in the end they gave it up. It can also be seen here that some light paths are made on the floor, which diverge from the columns, the bases of which also glow. Along the platform, the boundary line is also made to glow. As a result, nothing of the kind was done, and the luminous stripes from the columns were generally replaced with black ones made of granite.

Also here you can see that the lamps from the rectangles on the ceiling, which form a bizarre pattern, are of different thicknesses, and it even seemed to me that they had different color temperatures. But in the end, he made all the lamps the same, which somewhat simplified the impression of lighting at the station.

1. Let's see what happened. The station, of course, is shallow with two underground vestibules. From each, two exits lead to the surface.

2. Although the pavilions at all 4 stations are typical, they still differ from each other, it is clear that they were made different people. Here at Govorovo pavilions are designed, it seems to me better than at other stations. The color, by the way, is the same gray here as on "". But there is no pattern on the panels, as on the renders, the usual gray panels.

3. The first exit is located in such an unusual pavilion. By design, it is similar to the exit pavilion number 2 of the station "". There is also no elevator, and the additional section... not very clear why. What will be placed in this little room on the right? Although a store is shown in the renders, I'm not sure that it will appear there.

4. The panels are well designed. The layout is pretty smart. But it's not very collected.

5. As always, the junctions around the doors are made of stainless steel sheets simply glued to the base. It's already a classic in this area.

6. In some places there are no panels yet. Let me remind you that this is already an operating station. But ... but there is a positive moment. It looks like the authors of the project took the pavilions at the metro station as a basis. "Ramenki" or the neighboring "Ozernaya" and will make the lighting of the portal here, these vertical openings are clearly under the linear lamp.

7. The quality is depressing. The art of design is not to cover large areas with panels or glazing, but to competently and efficiently connect different materials and planes to each other. Here you can see that it was all done on the spot. This is a very low level.

8. No words.

9. Exit number two is an ordinary typical pencil case, without any frills.

10. Inside is already a familiar design. Very calm color scheme. Walls out gray stone, black slatted ceiling and lamps on the sides.

11. Traditional door and handrails. Classic. Again, as soon as there was a fuss on the Internet about the doors behind the handrails, the general contractor of one of the stations even gave birth to an explanation that this was not a jamb, as it was envisaged by the project. That the handrail is removable and will not interfere with the opening of the door in which case. It's amazing, but I had never come across such "technical solutions" before, at other stations the designers took into account the location of doors, railings and everything else in general. That is what their job is to make sure everything ends up going smoothly. And here is an obvious jamb. It is clear that the problem was solved by making removable handrails, but this is clearly not a normal solution.

12. Below, too, everything is quite concise, and even boxes with wires and lamps do not look scary here. Although the work is still in full swing and the doors to the utility rooms are open. As always, after the forest descents in the pavilions, you still have to go down two flights to the vestibule level. It is very sad.

13. Gray porcelain stoneware panels, by the way, look pretty good. Here is the section where the box has not yet been completed, you can see how everything is arranged here. It is interesting that the lamps shine into the ceiling and not into the transition, as at other stations.

14. I wonder where the elevator is hiding here? Maybe it's that shiny door on the left. Unfortunately, I did not find any identification marks.

15. Cash desks. Here the glazing profile is like on Novoperedelkino, and the stickers with the inscription are like on Rasskazovka, but there are no lamps behind the stickers. In general, we can say that the stained-glass windows of the ticket offices are different at all four stations. It's funny. The clock here is like on Borovskoye Highway, and by the way, it's good. A square clock looks appropriate here.

16. We turn around from the ticket office ... yes, an impressive view. Perhaps from here the lobby looks impressive. Moreover, it even seemed to me that it looks better than on renders, which happens infrequently.

17. An elevator to the platform lurks around the corner, but it does not work.

18. If it were not for the glossy ceiling, it would be generally excellent, as it seems to me.

19. Portal to the platform.

20. The elevator door at the end of the platform. Everything around here is quite clean and tidy, even unexpectedly, there are no already familiar wires sticking out from everywhere.

21. Back on the surface Here we have a couple more exits. Here is exit number 3, it is in the same pavilion as exit number 2 of the western lobby.

22. This exit is still closed, work is going on here.

23. Near the elevator pavilion. It is also closed, of course. There, some people looked at the elevator with a smart look. The lining of the pavilion is made rather strangely, the panels on the side of the entrance portal are made somehow inconsistently.

24. But on the other hand, it's normal. It can be seen here that openings for lamps were left in the portal. But there are no lines of lamps on the side, like stair pavilions. It turned out to be such a hybrid version of the two that we saw earlier in the renders.

25. The pavilion in which exit number 4 is located is quite interesting, it is combined with technical rooms.

26. True, everything is done here somehow rather collectively. Strange canopies over the entrances and air conditioning on the facade. If you see condos on the facade of a newly built facility, this is a jamb.

27. Pavilion at the back.

28. Everything looks good from here. The panels are even, the pavilion looks good.

29. Let's look inside. To the left is the wall from the technical room.

30. The lamps on the wall are not covered by screens, while all the stuffing is visible.

31. Line of doors.

32. The handrails are not mounted, the boxes are not completed.

33. Finally went down to the lobby level. Heat guns are installed inside after the entrance doors.

34. The eastern lobby is decorated in the same way as the western one.

35. The lobby turned out well.

36. The elevator does not work. I'm thinking about how to solve the problem of non-working elevators at newly opened stations. Maybe one of the deputies of Sobyanin or Khusnullin will break his legs and put him in a wheelchair, and then take him to the opening of new metro stations. I think only this can solve the problem with elevators, because oh ordinary people, about the disabled, about pensioners, about parents with a stroller, officials somehow don’t even think about it.

37. Another cool view of the lobby. Nice. Especially cool with the reflection on the floor.

38. Descent to the platform. Some such minimalist design is here.

39. At the end again the elevator door.

40. These holes in the panels, covered with plastic, were supposed to glow.

41. But in my opinion they do not glow. It seems that they even promised something like an imitation of a flowing stream of water.

42. An amazing thing. At the station, the same solutions as in the lobby. The same columns and lighting, but here it does not look so impressive.

43. Well, of course, on new station I need to take a photo like this.

44. The benches are rather primitive and the panels facing the wall behind them are for some reason of a different color.

45.

46. Lamps hung on three different levels, it turned out such a maze.

47. It's a pity the ceiling panels are glossy here. If the ceiling did not reflect the lamps, it would be very cool.

48. It seems to me that they overdid it with the number of lamps on the ceiling, there are already a lot of them. In the lobby, it all looked more concise.

49. Here, on the track wall, the name of the station is amusingly executed. The design is not for everyone, but I am glad that it is technically done very carefully.

The MIC Group of Companies informs about the construction of the Govorovo metro station in the immediate vicinity of the Tatyanin Park residential complex. The station is scheduled to open in 2017.

The new station of the Solntsevskaya line of the Moscow Metro will be located in the Solntsevo area. It is planned to allocate a plot of land for the construction of the station in the northern part of Solntsevo, near the village of Govorovo. 50 meters from the station "Govorovo" is the residential complex "Tatyanin Park", the construction of which is carried out by the MC "MIC". The station is scheduled to open in 2017 as part of the Ramenki - Novoperedelkino section.

Today, new buildings in the Moscow region near the metro are a scarce supply on the real estate market, so the prices for the apartments presented in them are steadily growing. Practice shows that the cost square meter in houses located near the opened metro station, since the start of construction work, it has increased by an average of 15% -20%. Most of all, those residential complexes that are located near metro stations that have opened outside the Moscow Ring Road add to the cost. As an example, we can cite the opening of such stations as Mitino, Pyatnitskoye Shosse, Novokosino, from the recent ones - Zhulebeno and " Lermontovsky Prospekt.

In addition to the presence of the metro station itself in the development area, the remoteness of the station from the residential complex is of great importance. The cost per square meter in similar projects in the same area, but at different distances from the metro is different, the difference in price can be 5%.

To date, the most popular among investors are residential complexes under construction, located outside the Moscow Ring Road, but near the metro. Buying an apartment at the construction stage in such a residential complex is also interesting for the end buyer who chooses a property for the purpose of permanent residence. By the time the Govorovo station opens, all buildings of the Tatyanin Park residential complex will be put into operation and a set of works on the improvement of the adjacent territory will be completed. Of the social infrastructure facilities on the territory of Tatyana Park, a school, two kindergartens and a medical center will begin to operate. If we consider the purchase of an apartment at the construction stage, by 2017 the increase in the cost per square meter due to the stage of construction readiness and market growth will be 50%, and taking into account the prospects for the development of transport infrastructure, we can predict an increase of 75%.

Today MG visited the construction site of the Govorovo metro station, the third one to be opened on the territory of New Moscow. The station of the Solntsevo-Kalininskaya line is located along the Borovskoye Highway on the border of the Moskovsky settlement of the Novomoskovsk administrative district and the Solntsevo district of the Western district. Initially, the station was supposed to be called Tereshkovo, but on April 8, 2015, the design name was changed to Govorovo, after the name of a nearby village.

View of the residential complex "Tatyanin Park" from the station pit.

Govorovo is a shallow, two-span, monolithic reinforced concrete station familiar to the Moscow Metro. To reduce the length of the station complex, a block of service and technical premises will be located above the platform, as was previously done at Rumyantsevo station. There will be two vestibules at Govorovo: the eastern one will be located at the intersection of Borovskoye Highway and the projected passage 6055 (Tatyanin Park Street), the western one will be located at the intersection of Borovskoye Highway and 50 Let Oktyabrya Street. In the immediate vicinity of the station there will be Tatyanin Park residential complexes under construction (the developer is MITs) and Meshchersky Les (the developer is the PIK group of companies). It is assumed that about 20 thousand people will live within walking distance.

According to the design project developed by the design institute Metrogiprotrans, the station will have a mirrored black false ceiling illuminated by contour fluorescent lamps in the form of a labyrinth. The columns will be illuminated from the inside, and passengers will be able to see a pattern resembling drops on their surface. The base and top of the columns will also be illuminated, which will visually expand the space of the room.

The chief architect of Moscow, Sergei Kuznetsov, describes the new station as follows:

Govorovo will have a bright modern design, in which the main role is given to the concept of lighting. Yellow, white and purple shades will be used. Columns will glow pointwise, where the light is hidden behind perforated stone slabs.

At present, the builders have started the construction of the station platform. In parallel, the walls and columns are being erected.

At the end of September, a tunneling complex was launched to lay the second tunnel between the Govorovo and Solntsevo stations. Metro builders will have to go through a tunnel 1830 meters long. This work is expected to be completed in April 2017.

According to the plan, the section from the Ramenki station to the Rasskazovka station, including the Govorovo station, should open in 2017, however, given the low readiness of the station, these dates are doubtful.

Recall that recently, what other stations will appear on the territory of New Moscow in the foreseeable future.
