Is it possible to watch film adaptations of books and read their summary?
If you mean the replacement of summary and screen adaptations in principle, reading literature, then I am categorically AGAINST! There is nothing better than the text - therefore my strong recommendation - read the works !!!

If there is very little time left before the exam and you understand that you won’t have time to read all the works, try to master which ones you have time in the full text version, and the rest in summary(I am against this (!), but in a situation of tight deadlines for preparation, this path is inevitable). And immediately fix the brief by watching screen adaptations.

What specific verses (or excerpts from them) would you like to learn? There is practically nothing on the Internet, or I'm not looking for it.
In task 16, there are approximately 50 topics on which questions can be formulated. For each topic, you need to pick up three poems, from which it is enough to learn 2-4 lines that reveal this topic. All of them are collected by me and presented in a closed group - "UNIVERSUM-16" (details about access to it on start page site)

Hello, is it necessary to quote in tasks 9, 16? Do I need to learn prose quotes verbatim or can I retell them in my own words?
According to the new criteria, it is now necessary to argue based on the text - first of all, direct quotations are meant (this applies to both poetry and prose). However, the criteria state: “analysis of fragments, images, micro-themes, details, etc. important for completing the task,” which indicates the possibility of referring to the specified one, but through their analysis!!! Thus, at a minimum, you can analyze (rather than retell) episodes and significant images in the text, and, at a maximum, you should strive to quote. At the same time, remember that the lyrics still have to be quoted !!! - it is impossible to retell it.

WJobs 9 and 16 are designed only for the search for similarities? Are there any questions to determine the differences?
Difference questions are less common than similarity questions. However, meet!

Is it necessary to find a difference in poems if the question says “what is the similarity” (task 16)?
It all depends on the wording of the question. If the question is “what is the similarity”, then we are only looking for similarities. If "similarity and difference", then both. I recommend on my own, at the first formulation of the question, to pay attention to the obvious differences (not to mention them - it's simply unforgivable!!!). If they are not obvious, then you should not look for “fleas”.

Can I quote a poem by a poet from our village for comparison?
If the works of this writer are published in publications, included for study at school as a regional component (the study of the work of writers of a particular region, region), then it is possible. If his works are published only as samizdat, then it is not worth it.

What to do if, when quoting, the line ends with a comma - put a comma and close the quotes? And if you do not put it, will it be considered a factual error?
No factual error!!! Put an ellipsis and close the quotes.

When answering task 9, do you need to quote the words from the given text in quotation marks?
You can, of course, bring. In order for the answer to be complete, deep, you compare it with other texts and confirm your reasoning with arguments both from other works you have selected, and from the original text itself.

Are punctuation and spelling errors deducted?
No! Errors are reduced only for what is written in the criteria - carefully study them

Is it possible to compare works from modern literature?
You can cite works from ANY period in the development of Russian literature
Is it necessary to write in the answer sheet of tasks 1-7 “lexical repetition” or “rhetorical question” in full? Suddenly not enough cells?
There are multiple answers on the computer. In the case of “lexical repetition”, you can write “repetition”, since the meaning of the answer will not be lost or distorted, but in the case of “rhetorical question”, it is MANDATORY to write the complete phrase, since the answer “rhetorical question” and “question” are different things!!! Remember that in the form the answer is written without spaces: “rhetorical question”
Can the criteria be changed before the exam itself?
In general, for the entire time of the existence of the Unified State Exam in literature, this has not happened. The criteria are adjusted until about February-March, but then they are approved in their final form and are not changed before the exam.
I heard that the exam may come across a poem by Pushkin or Lermontov, which is not indicated in the Codifier. This is true?
Yes. I asked this question to S.A. Zinin (responsible for the USE in literature in our country) 2 years ago at a seminar in Moscow - why is that? The answer was the following: these poems are included in school curriculum That's why they were given. It remains only to shrug and prepare for the exam with its unpredictability.

Will the score for task 8 be reduced when checking if the answer consists of three sentences?
No, the volume in tasks 8,9,15,16 - 5-10 sentences is recommended! The score can be reduced only on the basis of the criteria for these types of tasks. A criterion that evaluates the volume does not exist.

Quoting in task 17 should be verbatim? Do I need to memorize excerpts from works?
In task 17, citation is one of the criteria for checking the answer. There are different types of quoting: direct (1-2 sentences quoted by you verbatim in quotation marks), dotted or microquoting (a word/phrase in quotation marks), in the form of someone else's speech ( brief retelling the essence of what is quoted in your own words with a reference to the addressee of the statement - without quotes!), a reference to episodes (a brief retelling or mention of events - without quotes).

In tasks 9 and 16, do I need to give examples for comparison from different centuries?
No, you have the right to give examples from at least one century, at least from different ones. The main thing is that both works you cite are not of the same author.

What kind of training aids would you like to buy?
Today they offer a lot teaching aids in preparation for the exam. In this "sea" of sources, I can recommend with a clear conscience only FIPI publications authored by Zinina S.A. and Novikova L.V. - developers of the exam in literature. They, like no one else, are oriented in the egesh system and give sensible recommendations.
At the same time, I note that, unfortunately, I have not yet seen a universal publication that ideally covers all sections of the exam.

Do I need to learn poetry, if so, which ones?
Everyone has their own method of preparing for the exam. For my part, I suggest not to learn all the poems. It is enough to determine the range of typical topics raised by the authors in the poems, and make approximate answers on them (thesis, or completely ready). And in the end, you will have to memorize only two to four lines from the poems you have selected.
For my part, I can offer you already identified main topics and ready-made answers to them (an example in the section “Individual Counseling”). If interested, in the section " Feedback» write.

Is it necessary to write the answers to the tasks in a direct sequence?
No, you can answer the questions in the order you like.

Do I need to rewrite the question on the answer sheet?
No. It is enough to put the number of the question.

Can I mention other works in task 17?
Yes, you can, if it is related to the question of task 17 or helps to reveal one of the theses of your work more deeply. Just do not get carried away with the analysis of another work you cite, as this may lead you away from the question asked.

How many terms should be used in task 17?
There is no such criterion as the number of terms used. The criteria indicate: your use of terms to analyze the work (at least in one place) - 2 points; the use of terms (i.e. their mention) - 1 point. My advice: try to distribute the terms throughout the answer to task 17 and use literary concepts in at least two places to analyze the text.

*** For examples of the correct use of terminology, see Advanced Video 8 Literary Theory: Literary Terms and Rules for Using Them in Answers different types assignments (on examples).

If there is a speech defect in the work, does it lead to a decrease in the score?
One speech defect will not lead to a decrease in the score, two defects are equated to one speech error.

Is it possible to cite lyrical-epic works as a comparison to the 16th task?
Can.

May I cite three works as a juxtaposition?
You can, it's not allowed. However, is this necessary? Maximum score according to the criterion, it is set for bringing two (no more!) Works. Matching with big amount texts will lead to a waste of time, which you already have a little - 3 hours 55 minutes.

Is there a "universal" technique for analyzing a poem?
A poem can be analyzed in many ways, about which a huge number of studies have been written (this, as I understand it, becomes the main problem for students). There is a certain algorithm for working with lyrical text, which I propose in preparation for the exam. One answer to the question cannot be stated, this technique is covered by me in the video consultations of the Advanced level (see Video 4. Analysis Method lyric poem(task 15). Having mastered this technique, you will be able to cope with the analysis of any poem offered to you in the exam.
