Where do people live in the forest. Escape from the big city: why successful people live in the forest. In an open field to get your daily vegetable

If you ask any down-to-earth layman - an avid city dweller, he will answer that there is no need to go to the taiga. And it will be right only, but only in 50% of cases. More precisely, I do not have any specific statistics at all, but I can only say that far from all cases, a person’s desire to go to the taiga is simply an attempt to escape from his problems, to escape “from himself”. There are other cases when you can answer like this: "Yes, you need to go to the taiga and live there in the bosom of nature!" In this article, I want to analyze these cases with you, analyze all the pros and cons, and come to some conclusion in my reasoning. After that, you, the reader, will be able to make a choice for yourself whether you should leave for the taiga or not.

All options will go in ascending order, from the worst to the best. Perhaps I will reveal a secret to many.

In what cases is a person mistaken, and should he not go to the taiga at all?

1) Youthful maximalism

An extremely popular case. When young people, who are often not even 16 years old, “firmly decide for themselves” that they urgently need to go to live in the taiga (or on a desert island). Such a decision is tantamount to teenage suicide and akin to it. Teenage suicides come from an overabundance of feelings and the play of hormones in the body, which control the will. Those. it is not a person who decides that he needs to leave, but hormones push him to this, just as they lead him to despair, in which he decides to commit suicide. In both cases, this is not at all what a person needs, and he should simply endure hormonal surges, a similar mood and depression, otherwise leaving for the taiga can end fatally for him. History already knows such cases. (google: "hermit Igor Grudnitsov"). In short, no, guys, you don’t need to destroy yourself in a fit of these feelings, I am against it and with my whole project I urge you not to do this and ... well, read other articles, you will understand everything there!

2) Separation from parents

Most often, such bold, striking statements are made by people between the ages of 16 and 25, i.e. still young people in the prime of their hormonal development. When a young man (or a girl, which is not uncommon) embarks on the path of growing up, completes daytime forms educational institutions, and takes the first step towards independence. As a rule, this person still continues to live with his parents, as he does not have his own living space. If earlier he did not experience any special problems, he completely and completely obeyed the will of his "parents", now all this parental control is no longer appropriate.

One way or another, the parents begin to annoy this person. They constantly give their advice, climb "under the skin", ask what they are not supposed to know at all, still look at him as a small child, but begin to demand already "in an adult way." And simple, polite "rejections" stop working. Accumulating a large load, all this negativity begins to put pressure on a person and settles in him like a dead sediment.

In this case, it doesn’t matter what type of personality and character he has - thoughts about going to live in the taiga under such conditions may arise in different people. Be it introverts or extroverts, lyricists or logicians, techies and humanists.

When all these requirements coincide, then a person has a thought: "But shouldn't I go somewhere?" And it doesn’t matter whether you go to the taiga or live on an island. Anywhere, just to hit the road as soon as possible from this arbitrariness.

Such people begin to study relevant forums and sites (like this one), look for materials on how to make their move, what to do, look for the experience of those who have already moved, etc. Further, if there is enough vital energy, then the person takes real actions: preparing for the move, collecting taiga equipment, accumulating finances. Someone dreams of moving to a remote taiga, and someone likes a sparsely populated village, others are considering tropical islands.

Further, in most cases, all attempts to move end in failure due to great infantilism and lack of life experience. The more a person advances along the path of preparation, the more difficulties he has. As a result, a person simply comes to the thought: "But shouldn't I just rent an apartment or a room and live separately?" A person gets a job, rents an apartment, lives for a while, then girls appear, relationships with friends are renewed, and again he becomes a full-fledged member of society, and not a complete sociophobe. It turns out that all his problems lay in the fact that he continued live with parents who did not give him freedom and prevented him from living. Psychologists call this problem separation, that is, the need to separate and move away from their parents somewhere. Therefore, leaving for the taiga was only a rush of feelings that took possession of a person - and this is not at all what he wanted from his life, naively believing that in the deaf taiga or on desert island he would not have any problems and worries and would live like in a fairy tale, like in paradise...

3) Inclination of personality and weakness of character

The desire arises in introverts, introverted people, in people who, in principle, are not used to large and noisy companies, parties with drunken screams all over the street, etc. In short, people who are prone to solitude and who cannot be accepted by society. These people are passive, weak-willed. In life, they are rarely able to complete some difficult task to the end, they leave it, going into confusion and depression, as if their hands are growing from the wrong place, and they supposedly can’t do anything. In fact, they simply do not have the patience to complete complex cases to the end.

Not ready to cope with various duties, not wanting to compete in the "human pack", they dream of leaving everything and going somewhere, "far, far away" and without looking back ... There are some rudiments of these traits in all people without exception, who want to go into the wilderness, some have more, some have less.

As a result, the problem is also solved by separation: moving to a village, an island, or somewhere else. The point is that our human society, like any other flock of animals, is built on the principle of "survival of the fittest" and "if you want to live, know how to spin!". As in the wild world of animals, our life does not tolerate weaknesses, and only the strongest survive. In order to get a livelihood, you have to compete for them, fight, go to any difficulties, be in an unpleasant environment, but with a guaranteed piece of bread. If you want to continue your lineage and have children, you must compete for a female, try to provide for her and children.

In short, many, many problems and worries from which the head swells. And all these tasks frighten such a person - a weak person. Not for the sake of philosophy, but solely for the sake of his weakness, he takes flight from his problems, leaves society and no longer even remembers the creation of a family and children. At the same time, he tries to find some justification for his actions. Often he really leaves, lives alone and enjoys life, but he loses in the struggle for survival... In almost 100% of cases, such boys were raised by their mothers, i.e. without any pronounced paternal upbringing. They do not have before them male examples for imitation and copying. Their, like a male, body with all the proper primary and secondary sexual characteristics is not loaded with "male software" due to the fact that the mother (or grandmother) raised it, but "female software" is embedded, and they respond to all problems and difficulties. will also be, based on the programs that their mother laid in them.

As a result, such people, even having moved, do not find happiness for themselves, because problems overtake a person throughout his life. Then such a man begins to regret his deed, that he did not start a family and did not give a damn about it. That he could, but did not take his chance. When the "mid-life crisis" comes or a little later, he looks back, looks at his former friends and acquaintances, at classmates. Everyone is already some kind of bumps, and only he is practically a bum ... Without a family, without children, without material property, and most importantly, without spiritual growth and spiritual achievement, since initially the motives for his seclusion were completely different (escape from society , from problems, from difficulties) ... He understands that he has lived all this time in vain.

He lived simply by trying to satisfy his natural needs: to get food, to keep warm, and so on. And he understands that his existence is worthless and insignificant - then thoughts of suicide come to him. Yes, he saved his nerves by living in a quiet, relaxed place. Loved nature. He preserved his health by not sniffing the exhaust gases of cars, but he lost his life completely and nothing can be returned ... Longing and sadness come to such a person every day, in turn, in the end he finds solace only in a bottle. Hopelessness and lack of meaning. Sadness and only dullness. "But I could have done it in a completely different way," is the most popular thought in his head...

When should a person really go to the taiga?

4) Under the "old shop"

Who is already over 50-60, adult children, a wife, or already tired, a viper, or a clever beauty and leaves with him, completely shares his views, supporting her man in all his endeavors. And children live their own lives, raise grandchildren.
Often such men are given such thoughts, they already have a big life experience, have seen everything, can afford a good financial basis, or some kind of passive income (for example, from renting an apartment in the city). Or they can simply organize some small business right there. Or even, perhaps, ready to live on what is. They are drawn to nature.

They climb into the taiga wilderness, get jobs as foresters, rangers, simply buy houses in the villages or build a chain of small houses in the taiga - winter quarters, and are engaged in the extraction of furs.

When their main male function is already fulfilled, they move and live happily, in harmony with nature. They do not look back, with sad eyes, saying: “But I could!”, - but they look at the past with a smile and pleasantly remember their not lost youth.

In this case, leaving for the taiga, and even to hell in the middle of nowhere, will be conscious and will not bring any negative consequences. This is the best option for going into the wilderness, moving out of the city.

5) Young family

But, again, not in the remote taiga, just by building a hut in the middle of the forest, but in a residential village. Many do just that, this option is called downshifting. When you are still not many years old, but there is a loving and understanding wife / bride, who, like you, wants to live in nature. This is the best option, since from a young age you can start building your life in a new role. To raise children not in dirty cities, on "shop poison", but on healthy food grown on their own and purchased somewhere nearby (rural shops, I mean neighbors).

This may surprise you, but modern world, in our time, many people, mostly residents of big cities, prefer to live from several weeks to several months a year ... in the forest! And these are not religious fanatics and not hermit ascetics, but, for the most part, completely socialized and adequate members of society. How is this possible and why is it necessary? Let's try to figure it out.

The obvious motive to move at least temporarily into the bosom of nature is the noise and bustle of big cities, suffocating air and poisoned water. Escape from the city clearly solves these problems, but many questions arise: where to go and where to stay? Will there be problems with the authorities or local natives? Is it comfortable to live away from the world in complete seclusion?

Where to go?

In fact, “going into the forest” now does not mean being alone at all. The number of people who have appreciated this way of recreation or lifestyle is growing and expanding, and at the same time, places that are convenient and comfortable for “wild” living are also being developed.

I don't know how common this practice is in central Russia and its colder regions, but in the south, in the Krasnodar Territory, and in Ukraine, there are already many places where you can settle down without attracting increased attention to yourself. Every year, festivals of various themes are held, which last for several days or weeks. As a rule, people come to the place of their holding in advance, and many leave much later. One of the most famous of these festivals is the Ascent, held in autumn in the valley of the Zhane River.

In the warm season, quite a lot of different bard festivals are also held. There are also festivals of "reenactors", "role players", "Tolkienists", lengthy religious seminars, as well as gatherings of various spiritual practitioners. All this allows you to smoothly enter the "wild" existence in nature in the circle of your like-minded people. At such events, for the first time, many try to live in a tent, cook on a fire, wash and wash in the river. On the other hand, the organizers strive to provide participants with at least a minimum set of comfortable conditions for existence. True, and some kind of fee is often charged for this.

When this stage is passed, and at the same time like-minded friends have appeared, a natural question arises - is it possible to prolong this pleasure. Of course you can! There are places where people constantly live in tents or in houses built independently from improvised materials, without paying anything to anyone. In Russia, the most famous are such "colonies" on Utrish and in the valley of the aforementioned Zhane river, in Ukraine there are "Fox Bay", "Meganom" and "Shipot". And these are just the most popular places. Traditionally, such havens of freedom-loving and independent people are located in places with amazingly beautiful nature, in the mountains or on the seashore.

As for the concern for personal safety and the safety of things, it is almost on the same level as in the city, with a few nuances. If you have a head on your shoulders, treat others with respect, and do not abuse mind-altering substances, then you have nothing to fear. The same applies to the question of the police, the foresters or the administration. Representatives of these bodies rarely appear in the "reserves" of savages, because there is nothing to take from them, and it is difficult to get to them.

In itself, living in the forest or on the beach does not violate the law. Somewhere it is forbidden to make fires or be located near tourist attractions, it is most likely forbidden to cut live trees for firewood, and there will certainly be problems if drugs are found on you or in your parking lot. If you do not break the rules, local traditions and the law, then you have absolutely nothing to fear.

What to do?

There are also activities that everyone is involved in one way or another: arranging a parking lot, arranging firewood, delivering provisions, washing, organizing bath procedures in one form or another. Over time, the necessary skills are formed, practice is developed, and now even a child of the stone jungle who has grown up in the city does not find it difficult to provide himself with everything necessary.

What do you need to have?

The availability and quality of equipment determines how comfortable you will be in nature and, to a large extent, how long you can stay in it. This is especially important for initial stage, then, with experience, something can be abandoned, and something else can be acquired. The most basic kit to ensure your independence and comfort is a tent, a tourist rug (sometimes also called a “foam” or “carimat”) and a sleeping bag.

The tent must have an awning, otherwise you will not avoid endless fuss with cellophane, but most likely getting wet. A good double tent with an awning in 2012 at Decathlon costs 1000 rubles, and it is definitely worth the money, even on the tightest budget. It is desirable to have at least a two-layer rug, it will last longer and give much more comfort. Thin foil mats for tent life are not applicable. You need to choose a sleeping bag based on where and how long you are going to live. An average-priced sleeping bag that provides comfort at +5 is quite a universal choice. All this needs to be carried in something, which means you need a backpack. The choice of a backpack is a separate topic for a long article, so I will not touch it here. I can only say that the convenience and volume of the backpack will determine your mobility and ease of climbing.

In addition to this tourist minimum, you will also most likely need dishes, the minimum volume of which is a mug, bowl, spoon and knife. It is better to take a metal bowl - the best choice in terms of weight and strength, the rest is up to you.

An awning will help a lot, so you need to take it at any opportunity. It is advisable to acquire slings or a skein of twine for it in advance. To cook, you will need a cann (pot, saucepan). Of the little things, one should not forget about a couple of fire sources (matches in a bag and a lighter), a couple of light sources (a flashlight on the head and a flashlight keychain), a first aid kit with the medicines you need, as well as disinfectants, dressings, activated charcoal, condoms. A small hatchet and saw can help you cut wood, but generally speaking, you can do just fine without them when gathering firewood. It is advisable to grab personal hygiene products, if possible, choose soap and washing powder that is harmless to environment. It helps a lot and weighs almost nothing a set of threads and needles, and without fail containing a thick nylon thread, as well as a needle into which it can be threaded, and a thimble. Such a reserve will allow you to repair clothes, shoes, as well as equipment (tent, backpack) on the way.

Everything else is optional. The less you take with you, the easier it will be to move and more motivation to communicate with the “local population”, establishing a good relationship. On the other hand, if you plan to stay the whole season in one place, then you can stock up on everything you need.

Where does the money come from?

The desire has already awakened to move to the forest or to the seashore for the whole summer, if not for the rest of my life, but the question arises - what to live there for? Depends on the specific situation. In the city you live in an apartment or a room (if in a private house, it’s generally wonderful). While you are in the forest, it remains empty. Accordingly, if it belongs to you, it can (and should) be handed over. The money earned will most likely cover your expenses for food, travel, and so on, and maybe even allow you to save up for a comfortable winter. In the wild, people tend to revise their needs in the direction of their reduction. You begin to understand what is really important, and what is superficial. There is no TV and billboards in the forest, the most important thing for life is either free of charge or it costs very little. If there is nothing to hand over, then you should pay attention to your talents, which can be obvious or hidden. Musicians can support themselves by organizing street concerts in nearby towns. You can create crafts from natural materials (wood, clay) and rent them to tourists at local fairs. You can learn to collect herbs, bark and roots, edible or used for medicinal purposes, and sell them yourself or rent them out. In the nearby villages, men's help is probably needed in construction and finishing work, and if, unlike other villagers, you do not go into a binge after the first "pay", but are able to complete the work you have begun, then 5-7 days of work can provide you livelihood for a month and a half. One way or another, you can already arrive at the place and talk with people to understand how they solve their material problems, and choose one or another way for yourself. Preferably revealing creativity and bringing joy.

dry residue.

The experience of living apart from civilization can change any person, strengthen self-confidence, expand the boundaries of perception, help to take a different look at one's life and familiar things. Consciousness is cleared of garbage, other people's suggestions and attitudes, a taste for life appears, the body gains energy, strengthens in motion. Life priorities line up in a harmonious way, empty fears go away. People change a lot, this is reflected even in their appearance, becoming more successful and happier. Getting this experience is just one step away from each of us, you just need to take this step.

Modern humanity is spoiled by all the delights of civilization. Therefore, in those rare cases when people find themselves in an extreme situation and are left alone with wildlife, they are usually panicked. Such a reaction would have been extremely surprising for our ancestors, for whom the question of how to survive in the forest without everything would have seemed simply ridiculous. After all, the forest has always been a home for people and a rich pantry. In the modern world, too, there are people who are able to survive in the most hostile conditions.

For many it is work related, others just want to challenge themselves. Daredevils gather like-minded people and conquer new undeveloped areas of the planet, where no human has yet set foot. There are survival clubs and camps where instructors simulate an extreme situation and teach modern people long-lost methods, without everything. Each instructor has his own ways, but, in essence, all science comes down to one thing - to stay alive. Of course, it is better to see everything once than hear it a hundred times, but not everyone will voluntarily agree to such adventures. Therefore, it is possible that this information in its entirety will never be useful. But even for an ordinary hike, some nuances will be useful.

without everything: what is needed?

The most common situation is when, having gone on a hike, one of the participants fights off the group. Therefore, before leaving, all travelers, in addition to the necessary general equipment, are advised to have a certain set of things.

It includes: matches, a knife, a flashlight, a paper map of the area, a compass, a chocolate bar, a flask of water, a bag of nuts and dried fruits, a thin protective blanket, spare thermal underwear and socks, a minimum first aid kit with antiseptics, antipyretics, painkillers and a tourniquet . The entire set must be packed in polyethylene to avoid getting wet in wet weather. Those who find themselves in such a situation are advised to stay in place, it will be easier for an experienced instructor to find the lost person if he does not change the route. In the case when help did not come immediately, you need to choose a parking spot. It is necessary to look around and find a piece of terrain close to the water, build a hut from branches, bark and spruce paws, make a fire and wait for help.

Survival in the forest in summer

It happens that for some reason a person gets lost without having the necessary tourist kit with him, then, depending on the season, the following knowledge will come in handy. How to survive in the forest without everything in the summer? Finding himself face to face with nature in the forest in the warm season, the lost high chances wait for help or remain unharmed until he gets out of this situation. If there is no need to wait for help, then you need to look for the way yourself. You should look around and try to find your tracks. And on them you can return to the starting point. If such actions did not bring the desired result, you need to calm down and think about your further actions.

Water

How to survive in the forest without everything? Now we'll tell you. The first thing a person needs is water. This means that you need to find a parking place near the source, in the case when one is not found, you can use the dew collection on the large foliage of plants.

Mining fire

Fire will be needed to keep them warm at night and as a deterrent to predators. It will be difficult to breed it without matches. If you have glasses with magnifying glasses with you, you can collect dry moss or grass and use the glass to direct a ray of the sun onto this dry substrate. When it lights up, you should add small dry chips, and then larger firewood. Without glasses, the fire extraction options used by ancient people will help out.

You will need a large and dry log and a flat stick, which would be convenient to rotate between the palms. You will also need dry moss or grass and a stone with a sharp edge. What to do with such elements? In the log, you need to make a recess with a stone, install a stick there and overlay it with dry moss, twist it with your palms until smoke comes out of the friction from the deck, then add moss, and fan the fire. However, wounds may appear on the palms from such an activity. Therefore, they should be protected with something, for example, tear off a piece of fabric from their clothes and wrap their hands around it.

And how to survive in the forest without everything in the fall? During this period, it is very difficult to make fire. If the branches are wet and the weather is rainy, then this is a very difficult mission. We'll have to look for dry wood among the fallen leaves.

We make a hut

When there is fire, you can think about lodging for the night. A hut can be built from large branches by setting them with a cone. It is better if a large tree trunk or a large stone is used for the back side.

Spruce paws or pine branches will help to cover the structure. If you approach the installation of the hut thoroughly, you can close up the cracks with moss. However, if the spruce itself can be a good canopy. Dry grass and moss are useful for bedding.

Nutrition

And how to survive in the forest without food? Without the skills of a hunter, it will be extremely difficult to kill game with improvised means. But you can always use berries and mushrooms in summer period but how do you know which ones are edible? Many people know what strawberries, raspberries and blackberries look like, but you need to be careful with other gifts of the forest, observation is useful here. Having found a bush with fruits, you need to pay attention to the birds, if they peck at the berries, then the fruits are edible.

Choosing mushrooms

Plants and protein foods

Suitable for food at the roots of plants. For example, burdock or dandelion are fine, but the latter will have to be soaked in water. Young shoots of reeds and its root will also help to satisfy your hunger a little. But on such a plant-based diet, you will not last long. Therefore, the favorite delicacy of many animals will come to the rescue - the larvae that abound in the forest.

You can find them under the bark of rotten trees. Earthworms will become a supplier of the necessary protein and trace elements. Of course, the treat is not rich, but it will help to survive. The collected worms must be kept in water and rinsed well, and then eaten. From a branch, you can build a kind of prison and try to get yourself a fish for lunch or, at worst, a frog. When there is fire, you can cook your catch. For example, a frog cooked over a fire can be quite tasty and nutritious. After all, its meat is similar to chicken, you just need to remove the skin and remove the insides.

A stream or a river will help in finding a way out to people, if you walk along their channel, you can get to the dwellings. The paths made by animals will help you find a river or stream. When searching, it is worth arming yourself with a long stick. Trails may pass through swampy terrain. Therefore, the soil under your feet must first be checked with a stick.

What to do in winter?

How to survive in the winter forest without everything winter time of the year? Cold will become the main enemy for man. Therefore, the main task will be to kindle a fire. If you find dry branches, you can breed it in the way described above. You can make fire by hitting stones against each other. A spark from them will fall on a dry substrate of moss or grass, thus kindling a fire. In the snowy forest there will be no problems with water. But you can’t eat snow, there is a high risk of getting sick. And heat and fever will immediately reduce the chances of salvation. Therefore, the snow will need to be melted.

The question arises of how to survive in the forest in winter without everything, because even in order to heat water or melt snow, you will need a container. If there is a river with clay banks in the area, you can consider yourself lucky. Then it becomes possible to fashion a vessel and burn it on fire. Otherwise, you need to hollow out a semblance of a container from a large deck with a stone, you won’t be able to cook anything in it, but you can melt the snow or heat the water a little.

With food in the winter forest will be more difficult. In deciduous trees, acorns can remain on the bark and on the ground. Acorns can be peeled and, crushed, used for food. In coniferous, you will have to look for cones. You'll be lucky if there are cedars. Using a stick, you can dig out worms in the soil, and find larvae in rotten stumps under the bark. Hunting big game is unlikely to succeed, but a person is inventive, so the option of catching a small artiodactyl is not excluded. But, most likely, an inexperienced hunter will have to be content with mice and gophers. The latter arrange their dwellings in open glades in burrows. They can be recognized by their characteristic mounds from the ground. In famine years, our ancestors hunted these animals with water or smoke. Water was poured into the hole, and the frightened animal jumped out of its hiding place on its own. Smoke affects them in a similar way. A fire was kindled in front of the mink and smoke was directed into it. Certainly, winter forest will be much harsher to the person. But on the other hand, it will be easier to find your tracks in the snow or hoarfrost, along which you can return. Animal paw prints will also be easier to find and follow them to the trails.

Conclusion

Now you know how to survive in the forest without anything. We hope that the information was useful to you. And the recommendations given above will help if necessary.

The Europeans were the first to go into the fields and into the forests in order to live their own special eco-way - back in the mid-90s. In Russia, ecovillages began to appear about eight or ten years ago. Why is it successful people leave the cities and develop the uninhabited lands in order to grow their own daily vegetable, bake bread and even make soap, - a special eco-report from Kaluga region.

In an open field to get your daily vegetable

A summer resident and an eco-settler differ from each other, like lightning in the sky and the one that is drawn on the electrical panel. That is, at the root. The eco-settler has an idea, and not just a house in the village and the notorious six acres adjoining it. The idea is to lay a foundation for the future in a forest or field family estate so that children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren have a place to live.

This is if the descendants, of course, want to use solar panels instead of electricity, drink herbal preparations instead of coffee and tea, and eat steamed turnips instead of steak.

Ecovillages in Russian geographical latitudes began to form about ten years ago. But little is known about them.

Even a family from Greece lives in the ecovillage near Milyonki

There is a village of Milenki in the Kaluga region, it is 220 kilometers from Moscow. Close to Milyonki national park"Ugra", and next to the "Ugra" ecovillage.

In 2006, the administration of the Dzerzhinsky district of the region allocated agricultural land to eco-settlers. 150 hectares. Lands on which, before the settlers, no one sowed or reaped anything for a long time. They are closely adjacent to the forest, so that eco-families live, consider, in the forest.

Each family has one and a half to two hectares. The land here is in common shared ownership, no one has the right to sell it. Can be inherited.

Those who come to the settlement pay a fee, five years ago it was about 40 thousand, now it is under 200. But anyway, for such a territory that you now own and that you have to settle in, this is a penny. Moreover, those who moved here cannot be called losers.

The average age of the settlers is 30-35 years. The people are all family. There are businessmen who had security in the city, advanced designers, doctors, and teachers. Who is from Kaluga, who is from Moscow, who is from Yekaterinburg, even a family came from Greece, which, as you know, seems to have "everything".

Some of the settlers rent out their city apartments - there is no extra money. Some sell herbs, mushrooms, berries collected in the ecovillage, which is also financial support. Some found work inside the settlement: carpentry, carpentry...

Arriving here, yesterday's city dwellers learn how to dig wells, build houses and even bake bread.

Upon arrival in the settlement, this happens, as a rule, at the beginning of summer, people first live in tents, then they think about a permanent home. Houses here can be made of logs, by the way, building materials are purchased, since the forest is not even cut down here for firewood, and chips do not fly. Some build adobe buildings. There is even a Kazakh yurt in the settlement. The family of Aleksey and Ekaterina Sholosh is going to spend the winter there for the first time. Now they are insulating the yurt by lining it with bags of straw. Everyone is involved in the warming process: father, mother, daughter Daniel, who is nine years old, and son Kirsan, he is four years old.

Alexey and Ekaterina are Muscovites. By education, they are theater artists, and therefore, by nature, they are creative people, which is confirmed by the interior of their home. It includes oil paintings and handicrafts made of wood and stone.

Alexei also has a small forge. Local boys practically do not get out of it. Aleksey teaches them blacksmithing; in general, he is such an entertainer in the settlement on a voluntary basis. Either he will teach the settlers the ancient game of the Vikings, or he will come up with something else.

"People themselves are to blame for all their diseases. Microbes have nothing to do with it"

There are teachers and doctors in the settlement. Pavel and Natalia Cherepanov worked as ambulance doctors before living in the forest. Here, if necessary, they provide first aid to the local eco-population.

The Cherepanovs arrived two years ago from the Urals. Now the head of the family is building a wooden yurt-like house.

“We moved here primarily for the sake of the children,” says eco-settler Pavel. “What did they breathe in the city? Car exhaust, factory emissions? And then, my wife and I were constantly afraid of what kind of son, what kind of daughter. There is so much crime in the city. So many dubious temptations. Teenagers drink, smoke, inject. Families like ours live here. We have nothing to fear."

It turns out that it is safer in the forest than in the city. However, the forest is a forest - discord. In this forest, even swearing is forbidden, not like getting used to nicotine from a young age or indulging in beer. healthy image life is one of the top priorities.

“My wife and I, of course, are convinced that people themselves are to blame for all their illnesses. Microbes have almost nothing to do with it. says Pavel Cherepanov.

It may seem to city dwellers that life in an eco-village is extreme, while eco-settlers, on the contrary, believe that life in a city is suitable only for trained special forces - a severe stress. And human organisms, especially children's ones, should not be exposed to it.

Cartoons about Shrek and his team are not welcome in the settlement

Husbands, as a rule, take birth in the ecovillage themselves. But then again, each family makes its own choice. You can give birth in a hospital, or you can give birth in a settlement in the presence of a doctor.

Children here have space and freedom - this is on the one hand. Around the forest, but it is not scary.

On the other hand, adults, while their children are growing, limit them in their choice of food. After all, it is customary in an ecovillage to eat the right products: without preservatives, dyes, thickeners, substitutes and other chemicals.

“When a child reaches for the stove, you warn him that he can get burned and tell him “it’s impossible.” So we teach them from childhood that all these candies made almost from synthetics are harmful to health. I want sweets, come on we will eat honey or bee pollen - a pollen," says Maria Dyachenko, an eco-settlement mother of three children.

Here they believe that when the children grow up, they, if they want, will be able to try everything they want. In the meantime, it is better to limit them from non-natural products.

All local eco-children, as a rule, are friends with each other. Together they watch Soviet and Russian cartoons. Speaking of children feature films, then preference is given to films of domestic production. However, eco-children also know the film history about Harry Potter well.
