Evgeniy ivakhnenko reviews. Rggu without hope for a miracle. Areas of scientific interest at present

From the post of rector of the Russian State humanitarian university. This news took by surprise not only the staff of the university, but also, it seems, Ivakhnenko himself. the site interviewed the staff and management of the Russian State Humanitarian University and found out what led to the high-profile resignation - a check by the Ministry of Education or the struggle for the rector's chair within the university itself.

Alexander Bezborodov, First Vice-Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities: Now we have received documents from the Ministry. I received - about the performance of the duties of the rector of the university. Another document is an order for the release of Yevgeny Nikolaevich Ivakhnenko. How can I comment on this?

I can say that during the summer period there were very serious inspections at the university, which were carried out by the control and audit bodies, they concerned the activities of the financial and economic block, economic relations. We have very big university, it is in several territories. Me as acting then, in summer period, because Yevgeny Nikolaevich was on vacation, the heads of the inspection commissions reported that there were serious comments and violations in the activities of the university along this line. Moreover, I know that the Ministry of Education and Science will soon send us a set of final documents based on the results of these inspections.

Now the university is working in a normal regular mode and is preparing for the first of September.

I want to say that I did not fight for any seats. All this can be attributed to the field of speculation. We will have specific materials, we will definitely tell about them both at the administration, and at the academic council, and to any person who will be interested. And for the rector's chair, for a position where the hardest work, fantastically hard, is from the realm of some nonsense and fairy tales.

Alexander Bezborodov

First Vice-Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities

Irina Gordeeva, former lecturer at the Russian State University for the Humanities: What are the reasons for the dismissal of the rector, it will be possible to say when it becomes clear who is being promoted to the new rectors. I'm afraid that such decisions have nothing to do with the quality of work of this or that official, it's all a struggle between different clans for control over the university.

There is an opinion that Ivakhnenko was originally put in order to remove. Everyone saw with the naked eye that between the former Pivovar leadership, Minaev, Bezborodov and Ivakhnenko, there were all the time some kind of showdown, coalitions were concluded and disintegrated. All this has nothing to do with the university in a high sense.

I can also add that in early June, in connection with my dismissal, I talked with both Bezborodov and Ivakhnenko, they do not differ much, there are some personal differences, but both have a cavernous idea of the university.

Alexander Logunov, Dean of the Faculty of History, Political Science and Law, Russian State University for the Humanities: Unfortunately, nothing is known about the reasons for the dismissal. I am a member of the administration and today at the meeting I asked this question directly to representatives of the Ministry. They said that these were the results of the check, but the members of the rector's office were not acquainted with them, they promise that these documents will be submitted to the meeting of the academic council. On this occasion, I can only express my emotional reaction, but I am afraid that it will not be entirely correct, because this is my mood. And the mood is due to the fact that the current law on higher education has actually destroyed the autonomy of universities. The rector is simply a ministerial official with whom the ministry concludes an agreement, and can cancel it at any time, that is, everything is legally done correctly, but this is a consequence of the current law on education.

I don't know what the audit revealed, I think there were some very compelling motives. As the dean of the faculty, I worked with Evgeny Nikolayevich for a year and a half and I can say that this person worked extremely hard, pulled the university out of the financial hole and out of many problems.

I do not see that within the university there were forces or groups so powerful that they could win the ministry over to their side and thus remove the rector. This decision was made outside the university.

Alexander Logunov

Dean of the Faculty of History, Political Science and Law of the Russian State University for the Humanities

RSUH employee who wished to remain anonymous: Judging by the available information, Ivakhnenko is charged with covering up numerous violations in the branches of the Russian State Humanitarian University, for example, in the Czech Republic. The Prague branch was the project of the previous rector Efim Pivovar. Ivakhnenko, when closing the Prague branch, decided not to stir up rubbish and not to carry out revisions and audits, but to close it simply by the decision of the Academic Council.

In addition, the rector covered the branch in Georgievsk (Stavropol Territory) - the remnant of the branch empire of the first vice-rector and for some time elected rector Valeria Minaeva. He was also liquidated on the initiative of Ivakhnenko, but again without scandals and publications.

Judging by these two, Ivakhnenko was fired exactly for what he was trying to deal with. However, he tried to “clean” the branches quietly, without scandals. Who is behind the removal is not clear. Because Pivovar, who is the president of the Russian State Humanitarian University, is also under attack. He created and developed the Prague branch. And if Ivakhnenko publishes the documents (and he probably has them), then the Brewer himself will not be in trouble.

The funniest thing will be if all this conspiracy theory turns out to be wrong. And it turns out that Ivakhnenko was removed for these violations just like that, in terms of the new minister's demonstrative fight against corruption. We live in the conditions of Sovietology and divination by party leaders at the Mausoleum.

Nina Braginskaya, professor at the Institute of Oriental Cultures and Antiquities, Russian State University for the Humanities: Professor Yevgeny Ivakhnenko in a recent interview wrote about the improvement of the financial situation of the university, about the upcoming renaissance of the RSUH and that 275 million debts of the "former leadership" have been paid. He didn't say that before. I used to express myself in a streamlined way about the difficult financial situation. Now he has repaid his debts, improved his position, and, apparently, considered himself a "leadership." But in fact, he was appointed to return other people's debts by squeezing all the juice out of teachers, due to hyper-exploitation. I wanted to move away from one-year contracts from next year ... Oh, dreams! Yevgeny Ivakhnenko received a “package offer” from Livanov: he is the rector, and almost the entire team is from the former rector.

The rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities (RSUH) Yevgeny Ivakhnenko was fired 1.5 years after his appointment, writes RBC.

“I confirm my dismissal by order of the Minister of Education, that is, the contract has been terminated. I don’t want to say anything about the reasons,” Ivakhnenko told the publication.

According to the former rector, during his time in this position, the university's performance has improved. "The university now has good indicators, significantly higher than those that were a year and a half [ago], both in finance, and in monitoring, and in other areas. Before that, for example, they did not pay vacation pay for three years," Ivakhnenko explained. The next head of the university will be "under different conditions," he added.

For the time being, the acting head of the university will be the director of the Institute of History and Archives, the first vice-rector for academic work RSUH Alexander Bezborodov.

Evgeny Ivakhnenko was appointed Rector of the Russian State University for the Humanities on March 3, 2016. Prior to that, he headed the department social philosophy. The academic council of the university recommended that he be appointed to the position of rector. Ivakhnenko's predecessor since 2006 for two terms was Yefim Pivovar, who resigned due to age restrictions.

When Ivakhnenko was appointed, the then Minister of Education and Science Dmitry Livanov reported that the service contract with the new rector was signed for a period of five years.

At the same time, the election of the rector in 2016 was associated with a scandal. Six candidates fought for the post of head of the university, including United Russia and former senator Andrey Khazin. He was initially perceived as the main contender, his proximity to the leadership of the ruling party and a serious administrative resource could play in his favor. Representatives opposed Khazin teaching staff RSUH and, in particular, Ivakhnenko.

After the appointment of Ivakhnenko, it was reported that several leading professors were fired from the RSUH as part of the optimization, however new rector soon denied this information. Nevertheless, in September 2016 from the Institute of Psychology. L. S. Vygotsky RSUH more than ten teachers left together with the director, explaining their decision by Ivakhnenko’s plans to optimize the staff and increase the workload.

Yevgeny Ivakhnenko graduated from the Kamyshin Higher Military Construction Command School in 1979 with a degree in power engineering, then served in the Armed Forces until 1989, retired with the rank of major.

In 1988 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the Kyiv State University, from 1990 to 2003 he worked at the Kabardino-Balkarian State University. Since 2016 - rector (elected by secret ballot on February 15, 2016). By the time Ivakhnenko arrived, the university was in a difficult financial situation: a “hole” of 238 million rubles had formed in the budget of the Russian State University for the Humanities, in connection with which the reduction in the number of teaching staff began. On September 16, 2016, 12 employees quit en masse from the Institute of Psychology due to the plans of the new rector of the university, Ivakhnenko, to optimize the staff and increase the load on teachers. The practice of introducing annual contracts with teachers has spread in the university, and the load on the teaching staff has reached 900 hours per year (and 600 hours of extracurricular work) . In an interview with the publication, Ivakhnenko replied: “900 hours is a very big load, we plan to reduce it as our financial situation improves.”

In 2016, work was carried out to streamline financial and economic activities in accordance with the standards of the Russian Ministry of Education and Science. According to the results of monitoring the effectiveness of universities, conducted by the Ministry of Education and Science in 2017, the university has overcome the monitoring threshold in terms of key performance indicators.

At the meeting of the Conference of workers and students of the RSUH, which took place on December 15, 2016, the university's strategic development program for 2017-2020 was approved. .

Under Ivakhnenko, the work of the commission on anti-plagiarism was initiated, at which, under his chairmanship, the facts of incorrect borrowing in dissertations of RSUH employees were considered. The work of the commission was suspended by the decision of the Academic Council of the University
