Guards Sergeant Grigoriev Dmitry Viktorovich served as a grenade launcher.

Born on November 6, 1978 in the village of Zakharino, Novosokolnichesky district, Pskov region. Graduated from school in Novosokolniki, Naumovsky Agricultural College. Served military service.

After demobilization, he returned home, but then filed a report for contract service in landing troops. He was sent to the 76th Guards Airborne Chernihiv Red Banner Division.

In February 2000, together with the unit, Dmitry Grigoriev arrived in the Chechen Republic to replace his comrades. Already on February 9, the platoon in which Guards Sergeant Grigoriev served was performing

the task of capturing the heights that were controlled by gangs of mercenaries. The order was successfully executed.

February 29 in the area locality Ulus-Kert Dmitry Grigoriev, along with other guardsmen, held the height of 776.0 in the Argun Gorge. There was a fierce bloody battle with the militants. The mercenaries suffered huge losses, but the Blue Berets attacked in waves anyway. Dmitry Grigoriev led aimed fire. The rumble of cannonade shook everything around. On the morning of March 1, the commander of the guard battalion, Lieutenant Colonel M. Evtyukhin, called out the fire of his native artillery “At yourself!” Shells tore the ground and people, shrapnel cut down the tops of trees and branches. The paratroopers fought hand-to-hand with the bandits, using bayonet-knives and sapper shovels. Dmitry Grigoriev was wounded, but he did not withdraw from the battle. And only fragments of a grenade that exploded nearby pierced his military ID and heart.

For courage and heroism shown in battles with terrorists, Guards Sergeant Grigoriev Dmitry Viktorovich was awarded the title Hero of Russia (posthumously).

Philosophy of teaching

Only those who are well versed in their specialty can teach the material qualitatively. Science cannot be separated from teaching. Given the amount of material devoted to philosophy and published monthly, it can be argued that a teacher who does not follow the latest developments in this area (contrary to popular belief, there is still something to be developed here), loses the ability to present the material qualitatively. Courses must evolve each year, the teacher must develop his own ideas and hone his model of thinking. If high-quality teaching presupposes work with the student's thinking, then it also presupposes, so to speak, the teacher's self-education to no lesser extent - in scientific disputes, in a circle of colleagues, in working with sources, etc.; they are interrelated processes. Almost all major thinkers were, at the same time, major teachers, organizers of entire schools (Schelling, Hegel, Schopenhauer, Husserl, Heidegger, Gadamer, and others); and none of them taught the same courses year after year. On the contrary, on the materials of the course one can trace the evolution of the thinker's thought. Among major philosophers, there is a tendency to ignore printed publications, and a greater orientation towards the direct reading of the course, towards the verbalization of one's thought; a qualitatively verbalized thought is tone, force, modulation, tempo, i.e., as Nietzsche noted, "music behind words." It is this trend that should be decisive for a teacher striving for quality education.

Innovative teaching methods

There are different methods to achieve something like this. First of all, it is important to determine the potential of the audience; have a conversation with each listener. It is necessary to highlight the minimum with which everyone will have to leave the audience after the course. Only on the basis of some empirical minimum is it possible to further work with a person. This minimum will directly depend on the declared topic of the course. In addition to a general consideration of existing philosophical provisions relating to a particular issue, work with sources is also required - it is impossible to conduct a course on philosophy without reading a single page of the great philosophical work- whether it be Heidegger's "Being and Time", Hegel's "Phenomenology of Spirit" or Plato's "Sophist".
