OGE trainer. Russian language. Preparation for the oral part. Section "Speaking". G.T.Egoraeva. Moscow. Exam Publishing House, 2018

Greetings, my dear readers.

I know that Russian-speaking students are insanely afraid of passing oral exams. A oral part OGE on English language seems completely unfeasible (not to mention). But trust me, right and timely preparation- everything you need to highest mark on the test you were careless. Therefore, today we are waiting for a complete analysis of the oral part, as well as examples of tasks with answers.

Shall we start?

What is it and what has changed in recent years

The oral part of the test takes only 6 minutes! But in 6 minutes you have to show everything you are capable of. You will be tested for everything: pronunciation and speech speed, ability to understand questions and give a quick and clear answer to them, your ability to conduct an unprepared speech for 2 minutes.

Since 2016, the structure of the oral part has changed radically. You will have to cope with not two, but three tasks: you will need to read the text aloud, answer the dialogue questions, and also make a monologue based on a picture (and maybe without it this year!). It seems that everything is completely different from what it was only 6-7 years ago.

What it consists of and how it goes

The oral part consists, as I said, of 3 parts, which in total take 15 minutes, of which 6 minutes go directly to the answer, and the rest - to preparation.

  • Part 1 - reading a passage of text.

The task seems easy, right? Especially when you consider that you are given 1.5 minutes to read beforehand. And after that - another 2 minutes to read aloud. You must read clearly, understandably, with the correct pronunciation of sounds and the correct intonation. And you only have 5 chances to make a mistake. After that - points are reduced (that is, you will receive 1 or 0 points from 2 possible!).

Let's take an example(click on image to enlarge).

First of all, pay attention to reading long and short sounds. In red, I underlined the words with long and short [i].

d i fferent,l i ved,h i dden - here percussion sounds read as short

p eo ple, bel ie ved,n ee ded, - and here they are read as long

In blue, I underlined the words that have a short and a long [u]

r oo m, t oo ls - here the sound is long

c oul d, p u t - here it is short

In green, I highlighted the words where you can notice the sound [a], but again, they will differ in longitude:

d ar k - long sound

h u nters - short sound

A very important point here is correct pronunciation interdental sounds (words in the text are underlined in yellow), which children so often like to replace with Russian [v, f] or.

sympa th etic, th ey - tongue clamped with teeth and go!

In the yellow boxes, I placed the phrases on which I want to show the differences in intonation. In the first case, we see a special question - and in these types of questions, the intonation should be descending, in other words, it should fall. Listen

The second phrase is an introductory construction, which, firstly, must be separated from the rest of the sentence by a pause, and secondly, read with rising intonation. Listen.

Hope you hear the difference! Observe, my dears, and those who evaluate your answer will give you the highest score with great pleasure!

  • Part 2 - answers to questions.

The task of this part is a dialogue where you will have to answer 6 questions. This part of the test was created in order to check how quickly, correctly and competently a student can use foreign speech.

For each answer to a question, you can get 1 point. If you answer too short where open answers are required, or make a lot of mistakes, you do not get your point for the answer.

What I can advise you is to learn a couple of cliches for those answers where you need to express your opinion or give advice. For example:

In my opinion … - In my opinion…

From my point of view…-Cmypointsvision

I reckon … - I think …

I advise … - I advice…

Youd better do ... you better do ...

You should do.... You should do...

In addition, it is important to answer clearly, without going into the wilds and follow the grammatical rules!

So, an example of a task in the format of a question and answer:

How old are you?

I"m 15 years old.

What's your hobby and why are you interested in it?

- My hobby is swimming. I "m interested in it because I adore swimming - it makes me cheerful and confident.

How much time a week do you spend on your hobby?

- As a rule, I spend on it about 4 hours a week.

What hobbies are the most popular with teenagers nowadays?

- From my point of view the most popular hobbies with teenagers now are computer games and some extreme sports like snowboarding.

Why do you think people take up hobbies?

- In my opinion people take up hobbies in order to find new friends, to get some new skills and just to feel happier.

What would you advise a person who wants to start a hobby?

You should find a hobby which will give you pleasure. If I were you I would go to the nearest sports club and find out what they offer...

  • Part 3 - a monologue based on a picture.

You will be given 1.5 minutes to prepare this task, and 2 minutes to complete it. Before your eyes you will have a picture ( but it is needed only for support, and not for description! ) and questions to be answered. This task is difficult, to be honest, but it is estimated in whole 7 points.

Note: in 2018, the picture is planned to be removed and only questions remain.

Let's see an example:

-Why do people like traveling.

-What way of traveling do you prefer and why.

-Whether you prefer to be a package tourist or to be a backpacking traveler. why.

My answer would be:

“And now I am going to talk about travelling.

People may travel for different reasons. For one group of people it may be the chance to spend their vacation at a completely different place from the one they are used to. For others it may be the way of living - their lifestyle.

Personally I prefer sight-seeing type of travelling. As I am keen on history I cannot stand the idea of not visiting all the historical places in Europe or Asia. What is more, I prefer traveling by bus as it allows me to spend a lot of time on the road and think about everything I need. Besides, it is much cheaper than traveling by plane.

According to this I may conclude that I am an absolutely backpacking traveler. The idea that you can spend one day in one city and move to another part of the country the following day appeals to me very much.

In the end I would like to say that traveling broadens our minds and gives us an amazing experience we will never forget. Besides, you will be left with unforgettable memories. What can be better?

How to prepare

Preparing for an oral exam is hard work. But finding a simulator for it will not be so difficult. I can recommend the following guides:

  • "English language. OGE. oral part. Author - Radislav Milrud.
  • "OGE-2016. English language". Author - Yu.A. Veselov.
  • Publisher's books macmillan, about this exam .

IN Lately I buy most of the manuals and textbooks for myself and my students online. There you can always buy cheap and get it quickly. My favorite stores:

The training tasks in these textbooks are selected specifically for the level, and their number is enough for you to practice. What is even more important is that you can buy them in any bookstore (including online stores).

Even easier and, in my opinion, more interesting is to use online simulator OGE (GIA) by LinguaLeo. There you can also find other high-quality and really effective English courses, which I recommend to everyone!

Do not forget, my dears, that I am constantly sharing new tips on how to improve your English and how to better prepare for the exam. Subscribe to my blog newsletter and be the first to know how to succeed on the test. And if you have any questions, feel free to ask them in the comments!

Until then, I say goodbye.

Basic State exam characterizes the level of basic knowledge of the student in a particular subject. Mandatory after grade 9 in 2018 is the OGE in Russian language and mathematics. Any 2 more subjects must be chosen by the student himself. It is possible that already this year it will become mandatory to pass the third exam in foreign language. The total number of exams after grade 9 is planned to be increased to six by 2019. The debate continues, but the formula is likely to be: 3 compulsory disciplines and 3 to choose from.

Oral part of the exam

Most of the controversy was generated by rumors about the introduction of the oral part of the OGE in the Russian language in 2018. However, the fears turned out to be premature: there will be no such innovation in the coming year. This is due to the need to solve the problem of children with limited speech therapy. In addition, it is unclear how exactly to conduct testing: either by slandering on a computer medium, or in the process of dialogue with members of the commission.

However, some schoolchildren will still have to take the Russian language orally: in the testing mode, this will be for students in the Moscow region, Tatarstan and Chechnya. WITH2019 oral part of the GIA in the Russian languagewill be brought to life. According to representatives of the Ministry of Education, this will eliminate the correct answers at random, show the level communication development, value vocabulary student by the end of 9th grade. This should have a positive impact on the personal development of a teenager. Evaluation will be conducted on a pass or fail basis.

The oral part will include:

  • reading a text fragment aloud;
  • a short and complete retelling of what was read;
  • monologue on a pre-selected topic;
  • live discussion with the examination committee.

Attention! 15 minutes are allotted for each of the 4 parts. The student must not only speak competently, but also think quickly, express his thoughts concisely.

Training options:

How is the state final certification

An important change in the OGE in the Russian language in 2018 will be that now the assessment affects the certificate issued at the end of school. That is, the exam, for which 3 hours and 55 minutes are allocated, cannot be treated carelessly. Neither if the student intends to continue his studies in college (when selecting grades are taken into account), nor when choosing further school education.

The written part consists of tasks of three types: a short answer (number, letter), a detailed answer to a question, a presentation in the text. Maximum amount points is 39. The traditional five is set when passing the exam for at least 34 points. At the same time, literacy is still very important: to get a five, you need to score at least 6 points for the absence of errors.

Remember! To overcome the test and continue your studies, you must pass an exam in the Russian language with at least 8 points.

Subtleties of preparation

Typical options for GIA assignments in the Russian language in 2018 will hardly change compared to previous periods. They are publicly available on the Internet. According to teachers, in order to successfully overcome the barrier, it is enough to regularly solve tasks, compare the answers received with the correct ones, and control their knowledge according to the existing scale. If there are errors, you should consult and, possibly, additionally work out with a teacher or tutor.

Just before the exam, which starts at 10 o'clock local time, you need to calm down, get a good night's sleep, and have a hearty breakfast. You are not allowed to bring anything other than a fountain pen and water. Parents need to create a positive emotional background and instill confidence in the child. Regular study, solving demo versions, inner peace, acquaintance with innovations on the official website are the key to successful passing the OGE in Russian in 2018!

Important! The only aid that is allowed to be used in class is a spelling dictionary. The presence of any other items and devices leads to removal from the exam and a deuce.

The standard knowledge test before obtaining a certificate has long acquired a centralized form. The list of exams has been stable for many years, but now they want to introduce changes. Also, almost every year there is a modernization of the usual mandatory exams. Therefore, it is necessary to learn about the next changes in a timely manner. In addition, already now you can find out everything about the OGE in the Russian language 2019, about innovations in its delivery and about the nuances of preparation.

Important conditions for admission to the OGE in Russian

Previously, the condition for admission to the OGE in all disciplines was the presence of positive grades for grade 9. Now an auxiliary exam in the Russian language has been added to this rule. We are talking about the preliminary delivery of the oral part. This component The exam is an admission to written work and is conducted in the form of an interview. Estimates and final points for the work are not set - the result is displayed in the format of a pass or fail.

To get credit, you need to complete a few simple tasks:

  1. Read the text with expression, intonation reflecting punctuation marks and, if possible, conveying the meaning of what is happening with your voice.
  2. To convey the general content of the text in a simple retelling, it is advisable to use a quote from what has been read.
  3. Based on the proposed plan, build a monologue on the content of the text or image.
  4. Maintain a dialogue with the examiner, discussing what has been read, answering the questions in detail.

For himself, the examiner puts points - 2 for reading and dialogue, 4 b. for retelling and 3 for monologue. Another maximum of 6 points can be awarded for compliance with speech norms and the purity of the phrases used. At the same time, to receive an offset, you must score at least 8 points, which are passing. Received 7 or less points deprive the admission to the written exam.

In fact, minimal communication skills, combined with careful reading, will make it possible to pass the oral exam in the Russian language 2019. This will be the first mandatory exam of this format within the framework of the OGE. A year earlier, an approbation was carried out, but now schoolchildren, without exception, must confirm the fact of the ability to use not only written, but also oral Russian speech.

Now, for admission to the final exams, you need not only to finish the year with marks of the minimum and above the level. Failing to pass the oral part of passing the Russian language deprives the right to take the written exam.

The structure of the written part according to the demo version

Every year, FIPI specialists release a demo version of future KIMs for each discipline allowed for delivery. Demos by compulsory subjects extremely important to know. This allows you to at least imagine the structure of the exam and the approximate "complexity" of tasks.

According to the official website of FIPI, there is no need to wait for major changes in the structure of the OGE in the Russian language 2019. There were the slightest adjustments to the assessment system, which did not affect the content of the exam itself, but only detailed the work of the inspectors. Therefore, there is no special news in terms of changes in the written part.

In total, it consists of 3 parts:

  1. Concise presentation.
  2. Test and survey section.
  3. Essay on assignment.

In the first versions of the then-current GIA, it was easy to score a minimum score by banal guessing, although it was not so easy to achieve the maximum result due to errors and inaccuracies in the tests, even with good preparation. Now the OGE in the test part does not look much like the progenitor - it will be incredibly difficult to guess, because in many tasks there is simply no choice of answer, you need to write it yourself.

At the same time, the presentation and essay-reasoning of parts 1 and 3 no longer seem so complicated. In addition, the text for the presentation is read twice, and the essay is written on the basis of their reasoning and information from the 2nd part of the exam. Demo version shows not exact tasks, but their approximate content, that is, the general structure of KIMs in the Russian language.

Attention! The examination materials themselves for schoolchildren will reflect the rules and progress of the work, since the reading of the text for a concise presentation will be carried out simultaneously for everyone. Therefore, on the scale of passing the OGE in Russian, it will not be possible to start answering simpler or more convenient tasks - first of all, everyone will complete the task from part 1 of the exam.

However, the margin of time is large - 235 minutes will be provided for work, that is, almost 4 hours. Taking into account the fact that there are only 15 tasks in all three parts, this is quite a decent reserve of time for a calm answer to questions. At the same time, according to the demo version, it is clear that parts 1 and 3 contain only 1 task each, and the rest are located in the survey and test section. Those who saw 3 tasks in the third part should carefully study the KIMs - there, from the proposed options, you need to choose only one topic.

The nuances of assessing the OGE in the Russian language

The presence of a credit scheme for the oral part of the exam did not affect the scoring system written section OGE. There were no significant changes compared to last year. There were only clearer guidelines for choosing the right score.

Worth knowing! The presentation alone can bring 7 points at once, although one of the components of the assessment is highly variable - it gives 1-3 points. depending on the quality of the material. Reasonable writing can give 9 points with a potential reward of 1 point.

It is important to remember that if in an essay or presentation, instead of your own thoughts and suggestions, there are large volumes of examination texts from parts 1 and 2, then such works are evaluated at 0 points. The test part is evaluated separately.

In total, 39 points are allowed for the OGE. At the same time, spelling and punctuation are evaluated separately by special criteria. Total score for literacy can reach 10 of the available 39 b. Moreover, there are clear evaluation criteria that do not allow receiving more than 1 point for each item of verification.

Preparation for the OGE 2019

Initially, when preparing for the exam, it is worth excluding the fact of large gaps in knowledge. For this, there is a demo version, and training work, and banal collections of tasks in preparation for the OGE. Already after the first test exam, unfamiliar topics will be visible that require additional study. On subsequent passes training work minor shortcomings in the study of the subject will also become noticeable, which will make it possible to correct the lack of knowledge in a timely manner.

At the time of preparation, you should not focus only on the constant use of test exams and the study of KIMs of past years. It is important to cover the standard exercises, which consist in repeating the rules, in parsing complex sentences and in additional work with text. This will give you more confidence when taking the exam.

Attention! Simple artistic reading without a special load will allow you to better prepare for the exam in the Russian language. In fact, reading will be a free work with the text, allowing you to learn sentence construction, punctuation and even spelling in an unobtrusive way.

Otherwise, if you have diligent studies throughout the year, you can pretty much catch up on lost knowledge. Just do not forget that the OGE in Russian 2019 is not the only exam, so you need to start preparing for it in advance, and not in the last months before passing it.

Video on preparing for a condensed presentation

On September 5, at a press conference at the Situation Information Center of Rosobrnadzor, a presentation of the model of the final interview in the Russian language for 9th grade students took place.

An oral interview in the Russian language is being introduced as part of the implementation of the Concept of teaching the Russian language and literature to test skills oral speech at schoolchildren. It is planned that the passage of the final interview in the future will become for graduates of the ninth grade admission to the state final certification.

Oral part in the Russian language of the OGE 2018 - demo version from FIPI

When developing examination model a lot of hard work has been done. Pilot testing of two models of the oral part of the GIA in the Russian language, an oral interview with a teacher and a computerized form of the exam was carried out in October 2016 in the Moscow region, the Republic of Tatarstan and the Chechen Republic. About 1.5 thousand students took part in it. Based on the results of approbation and public and professional discussion, the model of the oral part of the GIA was finalized, which is an interview between the student and the teacher. Its large-scale testing will be carried out in autumn 2017 in 19 regions of the Russian Federation. The participation of the regions in the testing of the final interview this year is voluntary and its results will not affect the admission of students to GIA-9 in 2018.

The final interview in the Russian language is aimed at testing the skills of spontaneous speech - the participant will be given about a minute to prepare.
The interview model includes the following types of tasks:
1) reading the text aloud;
2) retelling of the text with the involvement additional information;
3) a monologue statement on one of the selected topics;
4) dialogue with the examiner-interlocutor.
All reading texts that will be offered to the interview participants are texts about outstanding people of Russia, such as the first cosmonaut Yuri Gagarin, the famous surgeon Nikolai Pirogov, our contemporaries Dr. Lisa (Elizaveta Glinka) and a doctor from Krasnoyarsk, who performed an operation in difficult conditions and saved a child's life.

Each participant will have approximately 15 minutes to complete the task. The interview will be audio-recorded.
The assessment of the performance of the tasks of the work will be carried out by the expert directly in the process of answering according to specially developed criteria, taking into account the observance of the norms of the modern Russian literary language.

It is planned that the final interview of 9th grade graduates will be held at their schools. It will be evaluated according to the “pass” / “fail” system.

Irina Tsybulko, head of the federal commission of developers of the KIM USE and USE in the Russian language, noted that the developed model of the final interview has no analogues in world practice and expressed the hope that the pedagogical community will accept Active participation in her discussion.
