Oge in education. What is the OGE - the rules for passing the exam and the scale for transferring points. Where to find the results

10.12.18 3154 0

The OGE is the main state exam that students take at the end of grade 9.

For passing the OGE on a specific subject, you need to solve tasks from the examination form, which is issued before the exam. These forms are called control and measuring materials - KIM.

KIMS consist of many tasks: with tests, tasks with a short answer and a part where you need to give a detailed answer. The tasks are arranged from simple to difficult. Behind simple tasks fewer points are awarded, for complex ones with a detailed answer - more.

What items to donate

Here are the items you can choose to take:

  1. Literature.
  2. Physics.
  3. Chemistry.
  4. Biology.
  5. Geography.
  6. Story.
  7. Social science.
  8. Informatics and information and communication technologies (ICT).
  9. Foreign languages - English, German, French or Spanish.
  10. Native language from among the languages of the peoples of the Russian Federation.
  11. Native literature of the peoples of the Russian Federation.

Schoolchildren indicate the subjects of their choice in the application, which can be obtained through the educational organization where the child is studying: lyceum, school or gymnasium. The application must be completed and returned to your educational institution before March 1 of the current year.

The student may change subjects of his choice after submitting an application. But this requires a good reason, documented: for example, a student is seriously ill and there are doubts that he will recover by the chosen exam. In this case, he can submit an application with a certificate confirming his diagnosis and choose another subject to take.

An application with a changed list of subjects and the reasons for this change must be submitted to the State Examination Commission - SEC. The application must be submitted no later than two weeks before the start of the relevant examinations.

Who participates in the OGE

Not all students can take the exam. There are certain conditions that they must meet. First of all, the restriction applies to underachievers.

Schoolchildren who have a deuce in at least one subject in their annual assessments will not be allowed to take the exam. If you manage to quickly correct the annual mark, in the fall of the same year you can go to the OGE in an additional period.

Who will be allowed to surrender:

  1. Ninth-graders who do not have annual deuces.
  2. Graduates of past years who failed or were not admitted to the OGE in previous years.
  3. Foreign citizens, refugees or migrants who have mastered educational programs in any form.
  4. Students who have studied the school curriculum on their own, in an organization without state accreditation or in the form of family education.

Winners of all-Russian and participants in international Olympiads may not take the subject in which they went to the Olympiad this year.

Features of the

IN early period The OGE is taken by those students who, for a good reason, cannot take the main one. The period starts no earlier than April 20 of the current year.

In the main period, the main flow of schoolchildren passes: who have no problems with their studies and good reasons to pass the OGE ahead of schedule. This period must not begin before May 25 of the current year.

Retake in the additional period takes place in such cases:

  1. The student received a deuce in one subject. If two - they will not be allowed to retake in additional terms. In 2017, in such a situation, it was allowed to take the OGE no earlier than September 1 of the current year.
  2. The student did not get to the exam for a good reason, which is documented.
  3. The student failed to pass the exam for a valid reason. For example, he fainted.
  4. The student filed an appeal and it was approved.

An appeal can be filed if the rules were violated or if the student does not agree with the result. If the appeal is approved, the exam results will be canceled and a retake will be scheduled.

The appeal must be filed quickly. If the student does not agree with the assessment - within two days from the date of its appearance on the official website. And if the procedure for conducting the OGE was violated, you need to apply on the day of the exam.

An appeal can be filed if:

  1. The student does not agree with his assessment.
  2. The order was violated. Applications are considered specifically about the violation of the rules of the exam by the organizer. For example, if he forbade the use of a simple calculator in physics, did not let schoolchildren go to the toilet, or took the work of students ahead of time.

An appeal cannot be filed if:

  1. The student did the wrong work.
  2. The complaint relates to the structure or content of the examination materials.
  3. The claim is related to the violation of the rules by the student himself. For example, if a student took and did not come to the exam.
  4. Complaint about completing tasks with a short answer.

Where to find the results

To do this, on the official website of the GIA in the upper left corner, you need to select your region. For example, if you select the Oryol region, the system will direct you to the regional site, where you can find out the results. It is enough to enter the name of the student, the series and number of his passport.

Since 2014, all ninth grade graduates Russian schools without fail pass the state final certification (GIA) in the format of the main state exam- OGE, therefore it is often called GIA 9. Despite the fact that in the official name of the all-Russian knowledge test for ninth graders, the word "exam" is used in singular, there are four tests in total: mathematics and Russian, which are mandatory for all, and two optional subjects.

What is the difference between OGE and GIA

GIA is an annual control of knowledge of graduates on basic government programs secondary (grade 11) or basic (grade 9) general education, which is carried out to verify compliance with the level of development curricula requirements of federal standards.

The OGE is the main of the three forms of conducting the GIA, provided for graduates of the 9th grade. In fact, this is an analogue of the exam for eleventh graders. The abbreviation OGE stands for “main state exam”, that is, mandatory for all ninth graders. As part of the certification, the knowledge of schoolchildren received during the entire period of study in high school starting in fifth grade.

Additional forms of GIA-9

GIA in grade 9 can also take place in the format:

  • GVE (state final exam), which is conducted as an oral or written test using tickets, texts, various tasks for ninth-graders who studied:
    • in correctional facilities of a closed type;
    • outside the Russian Federation;
    • on the territory of Crimea in 2014-2018,

and for students with handicapped health.

  • a special form established by regional executive authorities - in this form, GIA 9 is carried out for those who, within the framework of general educational program studied national literature and language and chose an exam in mother tongue and/or literature.

How is the OGE

All GIA 9 exams are held in schools according to a single schedule compiled by the Ministry of Education and Science, and each year they begin no earlier than May 25 (except for the early period, which usually starts on April 20). The interval between compulsory examinations cannot be less than two days.

The OGE starts at 10 am, but you need to come to the PES (exam point) by 9. Participants are given sets of CMM (control measuring materials - forms with tasks). Followed by a briefing to explain general order examinations and rules for paperwork.

After all the examinees fill in the registration fields and the organizers check the correctness of the entries, the start and end time of writing is announced - it is fixed on the information stand or simply on the board. Only after that everyone gets to work.

It takes no more than 10 days to check the examination papers. Results in primary scores then converted into a 5-point system.

Admission to the exam

Answers are entered on a special form that looks like this:

It must be filled in by entering the numbers or words corresponding to the correct answers - it all depends on how the task is formulated.

Creative tasks like writing an essay, as in the first or third part of the OGE in Russian,

performed on Form No. 2:

In general, there is nothing supernatural and insurmountable in the OGE. Questions in the exam KIM will be composed in the same way as those offered by the institute pedagogical measurements for training and preparation, so there is an opportunity to fill your hand and fill gaps in knowledge. There is more than enough time for this: demos are published in the public domain almost a year before the exam - in August.

Basic State Exam(OGE)- a mandatory final test for graduates of the 9th grade of Russian schools. The OGE is a form of organizing exams using tasks of a standardized form, the implementation of which allows you to set the level of development of the federal state standard basic general education.

For carrying out GIA 9 on the territory Russian Federation and outside of it, a single exam schedule is provided. For each academic subject, the duration of the examinations is determined.

Exam materials

Control measuring materials(KIM) for conducting the OGE KIM are formed using open bank assignments and specialized software posted on the FIPI website www.fipi.ru.

Before the start of the exam, the organizers conduct a briefing, after which the participants are given sheets (forms) for recording answers.

In case of detection of marriage or incompleteness of examination materials, the organizers issue to the participant OGE new set of examination materials.

At the direction of the organizers, the participants of the OGE fill in the registration fields examination work.

The organizers check the correctness of filling in the registration fields of the examination paper by the students.

In case of lack of space in the sheets (forms) for answers to tasks with a detailed answer, at the request of the student, the organizers give him an additional form.

Drafts are given to students as needed. Students can make notes in KIM for the OGE.

ATTENTION!

Records on CMM and drafts are not processed and not checked!

30 minutes and 5 minutes before the end of the exam, the organizers must inform the participants about the imminent completion of the exam and remind them of the need to transfer answers from drafts to sheets (forms).

OGE participants are required to pass 4 exams:

in Russian language and mathematics (compulsory subjects);

two exams for the choice of a graduate from the list of subjects (see below).

Innovations - 2019

Since 2019, all graduates of the 9th grade must pass the interview procedure in the Russian language as an admission to the main state exam. The interview will test students' skills in spontaneous expression of thoughts, so this form of control provides only 15 minutes for each ninth grader. During the interview, you will need to complete five tasks:

retell what you read literary work or journalism close to the text, accompanying the retelling with additional information;

demonstrate the speaking skill in the form of a monologue on one of the topics proposed in the ticket;

show skills in dialogical speech by talking to a member of the examination committee.

During the interview, the student gains certain test scores.

Graduates of the 9th grade, who received no more than 2 unsatisfactory marks at the state final certification, are allowed to repeat the GIA in these subjects in the main period.

In case of non-receipt of a satisfactory grade and on retake, the graduate will not be issued a certificate. Instead, a certificate of completion of training will be provided. The certificate indicates the subjects for which an unsatisfactory grade was obtained, and only these subjects can be retaken next year.

THE TESTING AND MEASURING MATERIALS OF THE MAIN STATE EXAM IN 2020 HAD SERIOUS CHANGES.

All draft examination models of the OGE 2020 in academic subjects were prepared on the basis of the Federal State Educational Standard. At the same time, the continuity of the checked content with the Federal component of the state educational standard is ensured. Compared to exam models In 2019, in the projects of KIM OGE 2020, the activity component and the practical nature of the tasks were strengthened. Some approaches adopted in international comparative studies to the construction of assignments in mathematics and subjects of the natural science cycle have been implemented.

The tasks of the Main State Exam for 9th graders for 2020 have become more practice-oriented and test such skills as searching and analyzing information, arguing one's point of view, and reasoning skills.

RUSSIAN LANGUAGE - the number of tasks decreased to nine. Task 1, which is a presentation, can now be written in any of the proposed genres: notes, essay, travel notes, review, diary. The second part of the work presents tasks for checking spelling, punctuation, grammar, as well as for analyzing the depth and accuracy of understanding the content of the text.

MATHEMATICS - included a new block of practice-oriented tasks (tasks 1-5).

SOCIAL SCIENCE - the structure of work has changed. In most tasks of the OGE in social studies, it is necessary to analyze practical situations, express your point of view, based on personal experience and facts.

STORY- new tasks have appeared that involve working with historical map, as well as testing knowledge of the history of culture.

PHYSICS

BIOLOGY- Decreased number of tasks.

at the OGE CHEMISTRY AND PHYSICS 2020 includes real experiments.

The condition for obtaining a certificate of basic general education is the successful completion of the state final certification (GIA) in four academic subjects - two compulsory (Russian language and mathematics) and two to choose from.

SECRETS OF SUCCESSFUL PREPARATION FOR THE OGE

pledge successful delivery exam is a qualitative development school curriculum, repetition and systematization of topics studied in grades 5-9 in subjects, development of various skills (reading and analyzing the content of the text, solving problems, etc.).

The tasks included in the examination work do not go beyond the content of school textbooks and programs.

It is not difficult to pass exams well if you organize the preparation for the exam correctly. We recommend:

  • Study diligently throughout the years, avoiding gaps in knowledge.
  • Do not "cram" - but carefully understand each topic. Human memory is the most imperfect carrier of information. But, knowing and understanding the theory, you can easily derive any forgotten formula in one minute.
  • Refresh in memory the theoretical material studied during the years of study at the school.
  • Familiarize yourself with the main documents of the OGE, which clearly spell out the criteria for evaluating work.
  • Parse tickets of past years on your own, together with a teacher, or using video lessons available on the network.
  • Test your level of knowledge by solving OGE demos- 2019.
  • Do not be afraid of mistakes, they are inevitable. The more mistakes you make out at the preparation stage, the fewer of them will be at the OGE.
