And why shouldn't Eugene Onegin stop by for a cup of coffee at Pechorin's?
We invite you to draw how one of your favorite literary characters comes to visit someone from another story. Wisely, that is, in the morning, or not - at your discretion.
  • "Learning is light!" 2015 is declared by the United Nations (UN) international year light and lighting technologies. And what kind of light is learning? Light from a torch or from a lantern? From a candle or from a light bulb? Bright or dim? Dazzling or soft and warm? We suggest not to guess, but to decide for yourself. The winners of the children's drawing contest "Science through the Eyes of Children" were determined, which was held in February 2014 on the initiative of the administration of the Park of High Technologies and the Minsk Regional Institute for Education Development. The competition was held in Belarus for the first time in order to popularize and develop interest in science among children of primary school age.

Alexander Martinkevich, Deputy Director of the High-Tech Park Administration:

“It was not easy to make a choice and determine the winners. We absolutely did not expect such a number of works that were submitted to our competition. This once again confirms that Belarus has a wonderful young generation, real inquisitive minds. Can you imagine how many guys from all over the country thought for a moment and saw the topic of science with their own eyes?”

More than 1500 artworks were submitted for the competition. junior schoolchildren from 7 to 10 years from all over Belarus. The number of talented artworks made in various techniques significantly exceeded expectations and pleasantly surprised the organizers of the competition.
