I am a part-time student at IBBP. This is a commercial university, there are only paid places.
I chose it because here the most affordable conditions are financially and the study is mostly remote, not part-time. You still need to come here a couple of times a month, and once a semester, classes go for a whole week from morning to evening, and then a session.
