How many opinions, types, self-education plans are offered now. I can advise this, in my opinion, - a simple and voluminous option. In this individual plan, it is convenient to reflect the personal educational needs of the teacher, an important place is given to self-education and training in the workplace.
Individual plans are developed personally by the teachers themselves. In order to quickly and independently write a high-quality individual training plan, the teacher needs to be well aware of his own problems, preferences, features and inclinations. Implementation of the plan - the pursuit of professional excellence.
Writing a plan is creative work. It is necessary to help the teacher to develop a plan not formally, but creatively, in order to support initiative and creativity. Professional development planning should gradually become not an obligation, but an internal need, and help move forward without stopping there.
Individual plans should be discussed at a meeting of the creative group, approved by the governing body (head, senior educator). The effectiveness of the implementation of the planned work must be heard at the teachers' council. Of course, you won’t be able to catch everyone, so you can leave 1-3 performances, the rest do introspection. Thus, the senior educator can see the problems of teachers, as well as their personal vision of improving professional skills.
It is advisable to develop a plan for one academic year and specifically indicate in it the timing of the planned activities. But there may be plans for 2-3 years (especially if you take children from the 2nd younger group).
Plan Structure
Professional Development Goals
Goal 1 (first half of the year: from September to December) - you need to plan specifically, without inflating the scale (better small, but achievable!).
